Sprinkle with some salt for five minutes wash and rinse.  👉Pickle Brine Ingredients: 1/2 cup vinegar. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/2 cup water. 2 tsp salt. 4 cloves garlic finely chopped.  👉Store in refrigerator ready to consume the next day. 👉 Shelf life : 2 weeks."
