How is Monthly Active Users (MAU) calculated?
A user that connects to the Push service at least once in a calendar month counts as 1 MAU. Repeated connections by the same user are not accumulated.
How do I choose between the Pro and Enterprise plans?
You can choose the right monthly plan based on your business scale and feature needs:
Pro: For users with moderate business scale and stable push needs — includes a 10,000 MAU quota, dedicated channel, SLA commitment and full product features.
Enterprise: For users with higher requirements on delivery latency and service guarantees — everything in Pro, plus High push delivery speed, dedicated technical support and customized solutions.
What happens if my MAU exceeds the plan limit?
If your Monthly Active Users (MAU) exceed your plan limit, an overage fee of $0.0149 per MAU per month will be charged.
