Leading the vision at TwoWayMind to build institutional-grade execution infrastructure for quantitative funds. Specializing in nanosecond-latency smart order routing and alternative data ingestion.
Prior to founding TwoWayMind, Ionut architected high-frequency data pipelines for proprietary trading desks. His core philosophy revolves around democratizing tier-1 connectivity and providing independent quants with the structural alpha previously reserved for large-scale hedge funds.
He oversees the strategic expansion of the RATE LTD liquidity ecosystem from our London business hub, while actively guiding the C++ architecture decisions with our engineering hub in Romania.
