If I could give zero I would. I am so tired of my packages being showed "on truck and will be delivered today" and they don't. It's always one or two days later. I even had a package showing to be in Dallas 5 days and when I called customer service, horrible service and no help, they stated package was going to Ohio then would be shipped to me. This makes no sense, I live in Texas!!! And several of my deliveries come from the Abilene location, I'm only 60 miles away but still do not receive my package even showing on truck then it goes back to Abilene. Just because I live in a small town does not mean I should not get my package on time. I wish I could choose UPS or USPS because Fedex has really gone down hill.
