I love online shopping at Next. Such a broad range, collection and returns are super easy in-store. I recently did the same at M&S and it was nowhere near as good.

Absolute rubbish. I ordered 14th Oct. Delivery was due on 20th. We got nothing. Hadn't even been dispatched or scanned. Waited another week, they then cancelled my order and ordered a replacement without my knowledge. The replacement was due 3rd Nov. Again nothing. Every time I contacted them it was always the same. It's on the trailer waiting to be scanned. I checked again on November to see my order for the sofa had now changed to backordered! So no longer is stock but will be back in stock soon. Estimated date of 21st Nov! Absolutely fuming. On looking again on their website site the wetzler still stares it's in stock!

Customer service phone line and chat do not work or are closed, We never received the sofa care kit that we paid for with the sofa. So there's no one to contact about it.

I ordered a sofa bed, as we were getting the very heaving sofa out of the box I noticed the backing was split so I messaged T4S and was offered £15 discount, I said that was ridiculous and then offered a £38 discount. Later when I removed the rest of the items from the sofa backing I noticed the legs were pre-used and worn. The box has been opened and other non relevant items shoved in. There was a stain on the button. It was evident that this was either a used returned item or a show room model. Not impressed at all when you expect a brand new item. I emailed them again but got no response. When I went to leave this review it was blocked and said invalid captcha token. So not only is there merchandise faulty but you aren't allowed to leave negative reviews.
