I like it because I can spread the cost on easy pay option which is very helpful, my last purchases was the almond oil shower gel and almond oil for the body and hand cream which is so good for my dry skin 

Parcel arrived on time. Method of packaging design excellent as it folded down with no fuss in order to recycle. Brilliant design. It had been packed well. 

I would give this crowd 0 stars if I could… 😡😡 I ordered from your app on Thursday and paid an extra £5.99 for next day delivery.. Before I get your usual automated reply to reviews on this, I ordered BEFORE 8pm. I received an email from DPD early this morning telling me there was a delay with my parcel. Yet later that day my parcel was shipped to Cumbernauld and hasnt left the warehouse 😡 I am now expecting this delivery tomorrow which is useless. I ordered next day delivery as I’m attending a special event Saturday. I’m leaving early and won’t receive my outfit in time. I am extremely disappointed and angry. 

I have emailed you raising my concerns and requesting a refund on the FAILED next day delivery but no one has got back to me. Extremely unprofessional. You have wasted my weekend. I have had a tough year personally and this event I’m attending tomorrow was something I was looking forward too. I will not be shopping with you ever again and will make sure no one I know ever shops with you. Anyone reading this, please stay clear. Quick in taking your money yet offer no resolutions and can’t respond to concerns. 😡

Really bad quality. I ordered two coats from the drop and both were really poor quality. They both had loose threads, one had severely wonky stitching.  It's extremely overpriced, I'd honestly say it's Primark or ASOS quality. It's definitely a social media brand, so disappointed as I really wanted to support the founder. The quality is laughable, cheap badly sewn plastic. 

I placed my first order with Stylevana on October 12, 2025. The parcel has been stuck at Zurich customs since October 22, with no progress since then.

I’ve contacted Stylevana many times, sharing all the tracking updates, but received only generic replies — even being told to contact Swiss customs myself, which is impossible since only the sender can act.

Now, 19 days after the purchase and after dozens of emails, Stylevana finally wrote that they had “forwarded my message to the appropriate department.” This kind of response, after so many exchanges, feels careless and unhelpful.

I’ll gladly update my review if the issue is finally resolved, but for now, this has been a very disappointing first experience.
