The reason for 3* Our order was confirmed but sadly no confirmation if it was despatched so we did not know if it had been delivered, not wishing to phone to enquire it it had been received at this sad time.

Awful! To say I am disappointed is an understatement! We ordered flowers for a 1 year anniversary of our well missed work colleague! When these flowers arrived I was embarrassed to stand with other mourners. The flowers where dead, heads had fallen off. The packaging was ripped and the card was clearly ripped from a full sheet of cards, it was dirty and not central. I understand that expecting the flowers to look like the picture is not realistic however, what was delivered was an embarrassment!

Well, this is the first time I've booked via Interflora, so always never sure how it is going to turn out. Booking & Order was incredibly simple, no issues & the payment process was simple. On the day of the delivery to my M-I-L was a moment of Joy to get a phonecall to say how Beautiful the Flowers and Presentation was. So on hearing that I was over the Moon that she received the Flowers and Card etc. So I will definitely recommend and use this Service again. "Thank You".!!

Very disappointing. First bouquet arrived as described. But subsequent ones never had the blooms advertised. Got fed up contacting them..for them to simply discount the next bouquet so compensation dependant on you staying subscribed. They make it very hard to cancel your subscription with link on website leading nowhere and I’m currently holding on the phone line provided - it’s been 35 mins so far!
