I am really happy with the service I received from the surveying company. The whole process, from booking the survey through to receiving the final report, was very smooth and efficient. Communication was always prompt, and any queries were responded to quickly.

The surveyor also gave me a call on the day of the survey to talk me through some of the things she had found and to highlight anything that might need my attention or further investigation. I really appreciated this, as it helped me understand the key points before receiving the full report.

The report was sent through very quickly and was extremely detailed and easy to follow. Overall, I was very impressed with the professional and efficient service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Tony and the team did a great job surveying a Grade II listed property I intend to buy, which had lots of potential issues. The organisation and communication was good, all promises and schedules were kept. Tony was thorough at the house and took plenty of time to inspect all the issues I had raised in advance plus he found various other anomalies. He produced a great, detailed report which has been suitable and useful for ongoing purposes such as further inspections, legal queries, recommendations. Tony has taken the time to discuss the report afterwards and provide further advice and general opinions on structural issues, heritage and possible remedies.

Really thorough report, excellent pictures and references highlighting what needed to be addressed urgently and other work in slower-time. Really happy with 3 Counties who did a level 3 homebuyers survey for me. Especially impressed with their communication as a company.
