Had a slight problem with delivery that was sorted quickly by a very easy to speak to customer service who very efficiently arranged a new delivery of the items I had ordered.
Will very happily order from this great uk company in the future.

Leaf cage arrived well packaged and in good condition.It is sturdy and unlikely to blow away.Its easy to put together and comes with a diagram for different shapes.My only issue was I found the plastic ties rather small and difficult to use.However I'm happy with the product even though it's a bit expensive and I will buy another as I have a lot of leaves.

Ordered some very large plant saucers for some pots in the garden, in preparation for going on holiday. Conka was the only place that had the required range. The price was ok. Ordering and delivery was very straight forward. Royal Mail did slightly delay matters, but not substantially. Altogether a good experience. Did use this company before when it was P Dot Wolf and it was good then too.

I've never had such quick responses from.a customer service team. I had a few enquires before I bought the cage and another after it had arrived.
The product has been great so far with my 15kg+ puppy. It's really diverse compared to a crate. I'm currently using it as a back gate at my grandads.

Very helpful when I contacted them.
I bought the stair protectors and it’s been great stopping my puppy running upstairs. Easy to put together and move around.

Fabulous company! Great fencing panels to create dog barriers. They did not have the size we wanted but the larger more expensive size. They were so kind and gave us the same price. Very quick delivery and excellent communications. Could not fault anything. Our third order from them. Highly recommended!

Netting is good quality and looks great. Hopefully when I use it later on next year for my fruit cages I will not be disappointed

The raised bed arrived very quickly, was well packaged, solid and proved very easy to assemble.

Two raised bed kits were supplied to exact length and pre drilled for assembly. The exact cost for buying sufficient board from say Wickes was similar so I was more than satisfied that the kits supplied were easy to assemble and saved time and effort.

Raised bed kit arrived very quickly. The instructions were very clear. A few of the pre-drilled holes were either hard to find or not there, but because the principle was clearly explained anyone with a drill would have no problem. The price was very competitive, so overall I'm very pleased.

I wanted to order some fencing to help contain my dogs but didn't want anything permanent.
When I phoned they couldn't have been more helpful and my parcel arrived within 2 days of ordering as was just what I needed.
I will definitely be ordering more items from them in the future.

Bought 8 12inch hanging baskets, unfortunately they were damaged in transit but Conkauk immediately put this right by replacing them, the Baskets are excellent and just as I wanted, at a much cheaper price than getting them off Amazon which I had been doing. Will be shopping with them again without doubt.

Great product, it's a good solid raised bed.
It's not complicated to put together but I recommend an electric drill to drive the screws in, by hand was hard work!

I was pleased with the compost bin, it suited my needs.
However delivery by DX Express was a nightmare. Waited in for the time slot given, but parcel never arrived. No attempt was made to deliver it to our house. DX then told us it had been left with a neighbour, which we finally discovered EIGHT houses away !! DX express never responded to our email complaint about the service, and we were rather disappointed that the seller also didn’t reply to an email sent via Etsy.
First time using Etsy. Good product but poor customer service.

The product I ordered was just what I wanted and the price was right. Dimensions were not quite as I expected but I made them fit and they are holding up my alstroemeria against the wind as I really wanted

Products and packaging were fine, though be aware if you order multiple raised beds they’re all packed piecemeal together and will take some time to sort out into component pieces. Which means it took a few days to notice I’m missing 4 components and can’t complete one of the raised beds. No response from customer service yet, but a request to write a review! I’d suggest less time spent chasing reviews and more time on quality control and improving response times.
