Adam was amazing and so accommodating.
I had to change the date around and check with family to ensure dates were okay. I imagine it can be very tedious to provide the flight information for a particular date and then go back and research for another date.

Adam was nothing but patient and kind. Wish him the very best! And will ask for him next time, when I need to book another flight to the Bagota!!

I was looking for a few flights to Domenican Republic and Cheapticketsdeal came up with a reasonable price. At first I was a bit hesitant because never heard the website before, and my booking didn't go through, but then one of their agent Andrew chatting with me and helped to book the tickets. And got the Etickets too now.

Excellent Service.
I had not used Cheap Tickets Deal before, but was impressed with the prices for last minute, and also the verification checks conducted. Kelly was very helpful.
Only issue currently is that the baggage was initially included in the price, and when logging in, its to be extra.. I'm in the process of amending this

I had a great experience booking my flights with them. I have to be honest and say that I was concerned initially when I got a call telling me that they had to change my flight because the airline cant accommodate seats for all 3 people in my reservation. However, they were actually able to give me a better flight with shorter layovers and at the same price. They followed up with an email immediately, but I continued to be concerned because the email didnt have attached the etickets. I emailed them about it and within 10 mins they replied and gave me the booking ID. It was definitely unusual and a bit unsettling to get the phone calls, but they were really great, they helped me get a better flight and they provided great customer service (Bella was the agent that helped me).

I was looking for a few flights to Rome and Cheapticketsdeal came up with a fantastic price. At first I was a bit sceptical as I didn't know the website and my booking didn't go through, but then one of their agents called me and put the booking through no problem. I was told that I would be emailed an E-ticket within 6 hours but had received nothing the following morning - until I checked my junk folder and there was the e-ticket as promised. Highly recommended based on my experience.

I made the reservation with future departure and got the tickets within a few hours, the credit card payment was declined in the first attempt, but went through after I spoke with my bank. The price I paid is reasonable. I will came back and update my travel experience after the travel date.

SCAM ARTIST - This is a FAKE SITE that uses travel agents to handle fulfillment and make a quick buck. Breaking airline polices. Then the Travel Agents system they use for ticketing get stuck paying the airline penalties...then they move on to another agency and repeat. DO NOT USE THEM....
