From start to finish all the staff at the company were lovely to deal with. Ross the sales rep came gave me a quote, explained everything and there was no pressure to say yes. On booking the windows and doors and calling the company everyone I spoke to was polite, helpful and the whole process was made very easy. On the days the workmen were on site. (Liam and Sam) they started the work and explained things to me and they carried out the work to a high standard. Two very nice workmen, I asked lots of questions, not once did they make me feel like they were silly questions (although I know some of them where) Extremely happy with the work done, and the quality of the doors and windows, it totally transforms my home. Highly recommend this company and thank you again to all at the company.

Need to improve communication.
The salesman (can’t remember his name) was very friendly and helpful.
I felt communication could have been better leading up to the installation as I had to call to confirm things.
Also the site visit went ahead while I was abroad and I had initiated that I wanted them to wait. The door is good quality as far as I can tell on installation and the fitter Sam did a very good job.

We’re sorry you felt there could have been more communication leading up to installation. We do try to set out the process clearly from the outset, with four main stages of communication: the initial contract, a welcome letter explaining what happens next and the expected timescales, the technical survey, and finally confirmation of the installation date. There can naturally be periods between these stages where there is no new information to provide, particularly while an order is progressing within the timescales advised.
With regard to the site visit, our technical surveys are not carried out without prior arrangement. Customers are contacted by telephone and offered a date and time for the survey. If the appointment offered is unsuitable, it can of course be rearranged for a more convenient date. We’re therefore sorry if there was any misunderstanding around your availability while you were abroad.
We do appreciate the feedback and will always look at ways we can make our communication clearer. Most importantly, we’re pleased you’re happy with your new door and we’ll make sure Sam receives your comments about the quality of his work.

An Excellent Experience from Start to Finish
We recently had our existing polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced by Clyde Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
Our journey actually started around a year ago when we began looking into a like-for-like replacement. When it became clear that this wasn’t going to be possible, we had to rethink our options and, importantly, our budget.
From the outset, Clyde Windows were extremely helpful. They explained clearly what they could offer, the likely timescales and the costs involved. As the replacement was going to be more than we had originally budgeted for, we decided to take our time and waited another six months, through the winter, before making our final decision.
What really impressed us was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Despite several visits, we were never subjected to the usual hard sell or constant chasing that you can experience with some companies. We were given the information we needed and allowed to make our decision in our own time. In today’s world of cold calling and pushy sales techniques, this was a real breath of fresh air.
When we were finally ready to go ahead, we contacted Clyde Windows again. As some time had passed, the price needed to be reviewed due to changes in production costs and the market, which was completely understandable.
From there, everything went exactly as planned. Clyde Windows arrived on the agreed date to carry out the survey, the installation date was arranged, and the two-man installation team turned up as promised.
The team worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly, taking great care throughout the installation. The finished roof is exceptional and has completely transformed our conservatory. In fact, the end result is far better than we could have imagined when we first started looking into replacing the old roof.
We are particularly pleased that we took the time to listen to the advice from the knowledgeable salesperson, who visited us several times and took the time to understand what we wanted rather than simply trying to make a sale.
Overall, we have been extremely impressed with Clyde Windows from beginning to end. The communication, professionalism, workmanship and, most importantly, the finished product have all been excellent.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Clyde Windows to anyone considering a new conservatory roof, and we would certainly use them again ourselves in the future.
If only every company provided this level of service!

No pressure sales, friendly installation team
The sales pitch was simple and straightforward (no pressure at all), they didn't make any outlandish promises and guided me through the process. It took a bit of time between deposit and installation, but I was warned that they were busy, so that was fine. The installation team were friendly and efficient and tidied up after themselves as well as could he expected. I would certainly consider going to them again in the future.

Conservatory
We have recently had a Conservatory added to our house and we are absolutely delighted with it.
From start to finish it went well from Jack who came to give us a quote and can I just say he was only in about 45 minutes which was great. He recommended an architect who was first class and was great to deal with.
From ground workers to finishing joiners we could not complain and there was never any mess after they finished each night. I would definitely recommend Clyde Windows
