Our 5 night stay in Port Aransas was perfect. Paradise Pointe was luxurious. Private pool, the garage was turned into a full-on game room with a bathroom for both gamers and pool users, and the house had the most comfortable beds in all 4 rooms!! Kitchen fully equipped for all of our cooking and grilling and the gas grill was spotlessly clean!!! Plenty of seating for all 7 of us, both inside and outside. Top story deck with amazing views. Very, very comfortable stay, clean and updated accommodations and friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We have stayed at three Avantstay homes so far and this was a lovely property. The pool was our favorite so far and very fun to use. The local Avantstay area manager and team were friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. There were a few matters though that made this property really problematic and will cause us not to book there again. There was a massive ant infestation in the house, the kitchen was unusable for the first day until after we bought RAID and bait, it took two days and asking the pest control person to spray indoors to make it safe. Also, there were ants everywhere in the house, had to spray every three to four days in the bedrooms. The stairs are broken and felt unsafe. Finally, the instructions for using the house were lacking. We had to bother the area manager numerous times for issues and questions that could have been included in the instructions- like how to use the AC. In sum, we love Avanystay and will continue to use this service, but will not stay at this property again.

The house was just as shown in the photos. Well cleaned, with fresh linens and towels. Great location for our golf group, between three of our favorite courses (Split Rock, Jack Frost National and Hideaway Hills. Ample parking. The only minor issue was that the shuffleboard table was located in such a tight area it could not be played.

This place was beautiful and extremely clean. The backyard has a wonderful view of the ocean and places to sit and relax. The lady at the security shed upon entering is very sweet. Plenty of bath and beach towels , hand soap , body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.
A little warm during the day as the sun comes in and shines where the living room sofa is set. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking, with the exception of bbq cooking utensils and not enough kitchen trash bags I liked the book selection in the living room too.. Will definitely want to return !

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this home. It is beautiful and well furnished! Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets and linens. The kitchen is well stocked. One thing to note is there is no freezer in the kitchen, it is in the laundry room with no ice maker, so grab a bag of ice when grocery shopping!
The home is conveniently located at the top of park city about half a mile to Main Street. But because of its location prepare for a hike down multiple flights of city stairs, or you can walk along the hilly road.
Take a right out of the home and you can walk down the hill to Payday Lift for skiing access. At the opposite end of the street is the Treasure hill trailhead to many hikes for non winter season.
Hosts were responsive and easily accessible.

The house was even better than the pictures. We absolutely loved everything about this home. The hosts were extremely helpful and took care of us immediately. We had to take advantage of the late check out time because we didn’t want to leave. Another great option offered that AvantStay was quick to confirm. An AWESOME experience.

From the moment we booked a full hotel buy-out with AvantStay in Nashville, to the completion of our trip several months later - our experience was 5 star. Specifically, Rose, a member of the AvantStay Guest Support team was so helpful with all of our requests, big and small. She coordinated catering, shuttle services and gave great local recommendations. She was highly organized and followed up every step of the way. Arriving at the property we were greeted by the property cleaning manager Shaq who was equally as accommodating and lovely to deal with. The property was ideal for our corporate team of 20 - each guest getting their own room, and several common areas for us to congregate for meals and activities. Great location, well equipped, truly a 5 Star experience.

The property was wonderful, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I had an issue with the spa but then was told how to get it working so customer support was both accurate and available. Finally, and unfortunately, we had to evacuate due to forest fires in a neighboring community, again customer support was available and allowed us to use a credit for a later date, which we will be happy to do with AvantStay!

We took a family vacation for a long weekend with eight adults. Each of the 4 couples had a comfortable bedroom. There were also 3 full baths to accommodate everyone. The house was about 25 minutes from airport and 12-15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We also enjoyed the hot tub one evening. Everything was great!

My company rented this house for a work trip and we couldn’t have been more happy! The space was laid out perfectly for everyone to have their own privacy. The outdoor area was super nice and the perfect place to relax after long days of meetings. Would definitely book this house again in the future!

We had a great experience our group of 11 ladies ranging from 33-74 were comfortable. They thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Any issues we had the host were very attentive and rectified any trouble or questions we had. I have already recommended them to other people .

I enjoyed my stay. Last year I stayed at the crystalline. This year the elm. Liked the crystalline better but the elm was nice. Had a few flaws but over all was a nice place to relax

We used our credit card points through Capital One to book A room with AvantStay. We didn’t really know what to expect with the house other than the pictures look nice. We stayed in Port Aransas, Texas for about three days and I must say the house was much better than many Airbnb I’ve gone to. Support was a B+. Wow, response wasn’t immediate and I didn’t get callbacks as much as I would’ve liked, I would get text messages back from the support staff and got a call on the way there. We were greeted with some cool material and all in all our stay was a solid A. I would highly recommend this service

We stayed at Wildflower as a last minute substitute when our reserved property became unavailable. The management company was great to deal with and even gave us a late check out although we had an early flight and couldnt take advantage of it.

Wildflower is a great property that easily accomodated our party of 6. It is in a convenient location for exploring either Napa or Sonoma county wineries. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and made use of the outdoor kitchen as well. The pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the day also. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Ideal for our 7 adults 4 kids. Beautiful house, ample room for all, hot tub was used and appreciated, as were the gas fire pit and 3 kayaks. All had a wonderful time. We look forward to booking again, if not this particular house, something similar, but with a western face over a lake (sunsets) again, can’t say enough great things about our stay, the house and responsiveness of AvantStay. Perfect!

We had the best stay at Hamilton 2! We were traveling with our 4 kids to celebrate my husbands birthday. This place was perfect, had everything we needed, and was just a short walk from the beach. We’d absolutely stay here again! :)

AvantStay is willing to screw you out of your booked reservation and trip just to make more money.

We had a trip booked for 3 months, then about a month before the trip, they told us it was no longer available. After some back and forth, they finally admitted that they listed it too low – and essentially that they could make more money on it.

Now, we are weeks out from our trip and have to hurry to find a new place for our trip. Of course everything is already picked over at this point and expensive.

AvantStay was not willing to help us – all they did was offer us a far inferior place than what we originally booked.

If you book with them, you're taking a huge gamble.
