Gtech are to be highly commended for making their cordless carpet sweepers modular so they can be repaired without having to replace the whole sweeper, which otherwise still works perfectly well. The short section connecting the handle to the actual sweeper broke (after many years) and I was easily able to find the part on Gtech's website. It was very reasonable priced and arrived quickly. Very happy!

Great customer service,(Sadly lacking in most companies these days) always used Gtech for our floor vacuum products and will go nowhere else.
We have used Gtech for many years now because you can always talk to a real person and not a robot they are always so helpful and responsive.Any parts we need arrive the next day.We cannot recommend Gtech enough.

Support desk quickly answered call; friendly service. Asked me to do battery check to ensure ok; then dispatched replacement handheld.k9 body which arrived next day. Very reasonable charge. Excellent company.

I had a problem with my brand new Gtech vacuum. The machine did not work. Contacted the Gtech Support department. The adviser talked me through the troubleshooting steps. Decided the battery was faulty.
The next day I received a replacement battery. All working well. I appreciated the patience of the adviser in dealing with me and the prompt resolution to the issue.

Pleasant voice on telephone to deal with for an elderly lady with limited internet capability. Prompt delivery, clear instructions to assemble although had to wait for family member to visit to achieve that, not your fault just old joints! Several items purchased from g tech over years and all recommendable.

Ordering as always was a dream, a very prompt service. However my recent purchase of AirFOX Platinum Cordless Stick Vacuum has been a great disappointment. As I have been using it for a couple of months now I have given it a good go, but, the weight of the bin is poorly thought out, unbalanced and top heavy putting a great stress on the wrist. Being unable to stand the vacuum without the mounting unit makes it very inconvenient it constantly falls over. After using the Gtech Pro K9 for 5 years with none of these problems I wish I had just bought a replacement. Just to add that Gtech have already contacted me and have resolved my problems immediately. You can't beat GTesh for Customer Service

Extremely helpful Customer Service.
Had to change delivery date and I'd typed the delivery incorrectly so had to change that too. All done with one phone call, spoke to one person without been transferred to various departments. Gtech delivered on day requested and to the correct address.

I have used my small carpet cleaner for quite a long time. I find it very convenient to use and it is so light.I would quite like to have another upstairs as my usual one there is getting old. When phoning the company it is good to talk to a person and they have been very knowledgable and helpful.

Excellent service. Switch on handheld hoover not working and we were going to order a new vacuum. Was told no need you can just order the main body without battery and bin which only cost us £41. Couldn’t believe it, what a good team you have.

The Hylight 2 is a great light weight Vac but don’t let this fool you it has some serious suction.
Got this mainly to cover cleaning room’s upstairs due to its light weight it’s so easy to use. It also bagged so better for people with allergies. So far can’t fault this little vac it’s brilliant!

Excellent service and brilliant vacuum. I have severe lung disease and can no longer use a conventional vacuum. A friend leant me her AirRAM vacuum to see how I got on with it. It was perfect, light weight and easy to use without getting increadibly breathless. I susbsequently ordered one from GTech. They were out of stock but upgraded my order to the AirRAM Mk2 at no additional cost. And it arrived the next day!

Had a faulty motor on the platinum + vacuum. I phoned up and there was no awkward questions, and the person dealing with it was brilliant. Next day the replacement was delivered.
