I dealt with David Conway before and they were very good. They were trying hard to find a buyer to my house. Then, they got in a sort of partnership with Dexters and had a new manager. That manager was arrogant and kept putting pressure on me to reduce the asking price. I told him if I did, it would not achieve the asking price and that is what happened and he got me an offer or two which were not suitable for me. I was happy dealing with Ali and Susan until that person appeared and things changed completely.

I was shown around a property by Ali and his enthusiasm, knowledge and welcoming words were a breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents. As buyers, we all want to find the perfect home but it makes a big difference when the person showing you around is passionate about what they do and shows potential of the property, asks about your circumstances and suggests how a particular property can become a part of your future.
