I was surprised by how fast my sneakers arrived after placing the order. It took only a few days, and the tracking was accurate. Plus, the shoes came in perfect shape, no dents in the box or anything.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE AWFUL SHOES AND WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! My shoes finally came after almost 4 weeks and they were defective with a big dent in the toe box. Could not even wear. They requested pictures which I sent immediately. They said I’d have to pay to return them for a refund. After a lot of back and forth with the company and getting no where, I disputed my charges with my credit card company. This company responded to them sending a FAKE review email impersonating me saying that I said I loved the shoes. WHAT A SCAM! Thankfully my credit card company did not fall for their crap and noted the email was dated even before the shoes arrived. Do yourself a favor and buy a reputable name brand and skip this very unethical company.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is for the length of time for shipping (which I know, I know, not everything can be next day shipping) and then my package had a huge hole and was pretty beat up when it arrived. Luckily the shoes were still good and I love them!

The arch support in these sneakers is no joke. I’ve dealt with foot pain for ages and was constantly switching between shoes that either looked good or felt good. DeFlorance finally gave me both. Now I can run errands or walk my dog in style without paying for it later.

Be careful it is not easy to change or cancel the order.
I wanted to send my order back, It is terrible quality and the sices are 2 more than regular.
I had a response, it is not true what they write.
