Just did the introduction class with Alessio, it was amazing! I did my first transitions, super well explained, step by step. I highly recommend if you want to start to feel what could dj be.

I started DJing in November 2025. Since I already had a DJ controller at home, I began by watching videos and trying to learn on my own. However, I quickly realized that I wasn’t making the progress I wanted, and I thought it would be great to take a proper course.

After finding DJ Academy Zürich and reading all the positive reviews, I knew I had to give it a try. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

The course is very well structured from beginning to end, making it easy to follow whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience. I learned so much—not only about mixing, but about DJing as a whole. The instructors share a lot of valuable knowledge, practical techniques, and industry insights that you simply don’t get from watching videos online.

Top level experience with Alessio. From DJ Basics, technical understanding and skills to how to create the right emotions on the dancefloor. Also to mention the lessons and experience in the area of marketing, booking and how to do self/energy-management as a (hopefully) successfull DJ.

As a total newcomer I started the Masterclass in May 2023. With little to no knowledge, Alessio schooled me in only three months all the things you should know before, when and after djing. After only two months I had my very first gig at Zürifäscht. Today, I always can count on Alessio in case of any questions or struggles I am facing as a DJ.
