Mold and bacteria can kill or severely disable a person, Hopefully this will be the product I have been looking for to eliminate these items.

Product is nice and does the job

Product is nice and does the job, I would prefer less "add-on" ads. Irritating to go through numerous "but wait, see this' ads just to check out.

Scam and rubbish company

I am extremely disappointed about this scam company. Every single week someone is calling about to buy again this rubbish dishwasher tablet. Only once I bought and it was a big mistake.Even I am blocking all the number what they calling from. Most annoying and disrespectful company! Stay away from them!!

I just received your product and tried…

I just received your product and tried it with the dishwasher being empty. Being the dishwasher is underneath the cabinet I can’t tell how well it worked. Reading some of the other reviews that state they were happy with your product I will think ours did the same.

Fuugu dishwasher cleaner packets work

These dishwasher cleaner packets really work. My dishes were just getting rinsed before I used Fuugu, my detergent cube wasn't dissolving,and the dishes weren't really getting clean. The glasses would come out cloudy and a bit oily. There were many times where I had to wash my dishes twice with no difference in end results, and then just handwashing them.

This dishwasher cleaner really does the…

This dishwasher cleaner really does the job however, during the cleaning it produced a lot of suds that made my dishwasher leak a lot. With that said my dishwasher is sparkling and no longer leaves residue and crumbs on the top rack dishes. My dishwasher never leaked before the treatment and does not leak after. Just be forewarned that it could cause copious leaking while using and so put a thick towel down at the start. I will continue cleaning my dishwasher with this product as it really cleans unlike others.

From my experience a scam company all…

From my experience a scam company all good if you get what you ordered top marks. When you don't get what you ordered they have no interest in sorting the problem. Your responsibility for returning it at your risk and cost. Items must be sent back to China. READ THE BAD REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE WHAT THEIR AFTER SALES DOESN'T EXIST.

A first time user (dishwasher cleaning product), and I must say it is amazing results after first use. While shipping took place. Corporate office communicated throughout the process, updating me with delays and so on. They monitored the routing of my order and updated estimated time of arrival (E.T.A.) until the very end.

Strap Heart rate Monitor with watch unworkable

Husband purchased a Strap Heart rate monitor with WR 30M watch for $119.00 NZ. I have spent about 4hrs trying to set it up for him. The instructions are rubbish and the watch does not respond to them. Delivery was good, I must say. Received 8th March. Return of product looks difficult too. UPDATE:
Finally got the strap monitor to work, though it will not work on the person whom it was purchased for. Can I respectfully ask that your product instructions, if written in English, be written by a person for whom English is their 1st language. It came quickly I almost forgot I…

It came quickly I almost forgot I ordered it. Great packaging, it kind of looks like regular , less expensive dishwasher pods. But it seems to clean great. I did however order the wrong product, the I also received washing machine cleaner, but I don't even own a washer, I meant to order the garbage disposal cleaner. Oh well I will use it eventually.

This is all you ever need!!!!

The ease of ordering and the fact that the commercial was accurate makes this product earn a 5 star reputation. I've tried so many products on my washer and dishwasher repeatedly, nothing truly ever worked. There was always a smell of stagnant water, or they left a film of some sort. I tried Fuugu just once and all the issues were resolved. This will be the only product I uses from now on! I will definitely spread the word and make sure friends and family start using Fuugu as well!!!

Poor return policy

Purchased 18 tablets (3 packages of 6) and tried it out. Product didn't work. Company offered refund on unopened packages if I mail back to Lithuania. Don't buy anything from them.

Update 2/21/24 - I received a phone call from Fuugu and they apologized and refunded my money with no requirements to return the product. They also said they were reviewing their return policies.

The Fuugu team reached out to me and completely resolved the below issue. They were very apologetic, explaining that they're still ironing out some kinks in their system. In addition, they refunded the entire amount and also sent a beautiful chef's knife as a consolation. Can't say enough about them and the product is GREAT!!!🌟

ORIGINAL POST:
Like a few other people who reviewed this pretty good product, I also was charged for more than I ordered. After putting 1 6-tablet packet in my cart and checking out, I got a confirmation for 5 packets for $59.90. I immediately emailed them and got a response about how quickly they fulfill orders, so cancellation wasn’t possible, but I was welcome to return them at my expense. SO BOGUS! I’m working with AmEx for a better solution but am not hopeful😡
