I recently completed my SMSTS training (James was a star ⭐️) and First Aid at Work courses with Knight Learning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Aidan was amazing!!! Everything was delivered in a very straightforward and professional way, making it easy to follow and get the most out of the training. The tutors were excellent—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help whenever needed.
Overall, it’s one of the best training providers I’ve come across so far. I’ll definitely be returning to complete more courses and continue building my qualifications with them. Highly recommended!

He is the same professional and understanding trainer as I remember him from 6 years ago.

I enrolled in a SMSTS course through this company and five months later I am still waiting for my certificate, with no clear resolution in sight. Communication has been poor and inconsistent, with updates being vague and responsibility seemingly passed between parties rather than resolved.

We’ve been advised to follow internal complaints processes, but responses have either been delayed or not provided within expected timeframes. Despite raising concerns, there has been little transparency about what is actually happening or why the issue hasn’t been fixed.

The situation has caused significant stress and uncertainty, especially for those who rely on certification for work. While the training itself was delivered, the most important outcome the certificate has not been provided, leaving customers stuck.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating, poorly handled, and lacking accountability. I would not recommend based on the current situation.

I recently completed a First Aid training course with Knight Learning and had a very positive experience. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything in a clear and practical way. The course was well structured and covered the most important real-life situations such as CPR, choking, heart attacks, asthma attacks, and other common first aid emergencies.

What I appreciated most was the hands-on practice. We were given enough time to practise CPR, recovery position, and other key techniques, which made the learning much more effective and confidence-building. The trainer also encouraged questions and shared useful real-world scenarios.

The training environment was professional, friendly, and well organised. By the end of the course I felt much more confident about how to respond in an emergency situation.

I would definitely recommend Knight Learning to anyone looking for high-quality First Aid training.

This is my third time with Aiden. I really like his demonstrations and explanations. He keeps the class energy high, helps you stay focused, and always reinforces what he has taught.

I've now completed the First Aid course with Aidan for the third time, and once again it was excellent. He explains everything clearly, keeps the sessions engaging, and makes sure everyone understands the practical side, not just the theory. The course is always well organised and easy to follow. Highly recommended for anyone who wants proper hands-on training.

My assessor for NVQ Level 6 was great and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Syed was always supportive, provided clear guidance, and made everything easy to understand. He also accommodated assessment times to suit my work schedule, which made a huge difference. I really appreciate their flexibility and professionalism.
