Purchased a integrated Bosch fridge and freezer from Hughes. Everything was straightforward from beginning to end. Very helpful initial telephone call, no quibble price match and both appliances delivered within twenty four hours.
Item lost in delivery. When first telephoned Hughes asking whereabouts, male answered gave us courier number for us to chase. Should not have been up to us to chase. After several phone calls with courier without success. Late phone call to Hughes, lady tried to help us. Was then found out item was lost. Spoke to another lady day after, items now rescheduled for week later she said would speak to management explaining and request compensation. Heard nothing since. We now have the item
