Tried buying something info invalid but you still took my money....
I went on here to buy FIFA 27 I checked out I bought the game so I thought being that they took my money but nope order was put on hold AFTER MY MONEY WAS TAKEN I was told my information on my card didn't match my account I then triple checked every detail everything was spot on, why would you even take money from my card if info is"invalid" it's completely stupid, now I have to wait up to 5 days to get a refund when I wanted to play the game today and my money is now locked in a pending transaction horrible nonstop experiences with this website after this issue I will be dropping it would not recommend buying from here unless you want to keep going back and forth and have issues everytime you want to play a game.

Hello,
I have contacted the support team multiple times regarding my order. k4G stated that upon purchasing an account from their site, it becomes my property and I can change all associated information; however, the seller violated this rule. When I opened the account, I discovered that the game had already been played for 75 minutes and linked to a Ubisoft account—details of which the seller failed to provide. K4G support team eventually told me the seller insists I contact Ubisoft support to change the email, yet he did not provide the email address needed to make the change easily. Despite the process supposedly being simple, it became complicated for me. I did contact Ubisoft support, but they stated they could not verify my ownership to allow for the change because they sent a verification email to the seller's Ubisoft account—access to which I do not have. I am exhausted from constantly messaging support teams—day and night—over the past three days.
