I knew I was in thr right place, as soon as I met Ash. My Barbour was already a bit different, but I needed a few custom. Changes. Storm cuffs fitted, and a reduction on the length of the collar. I wanted to retain the storm flap, which Ashley completely redesigned. The perfect Scooter jackets. Thank again for the excellent service and quality. Will definitely use for re-waxing.

From the moment I presented my 30+ yr old Barbour Durham jacket that was very much on its last legs, Ashley understood my feelings of wanting to try and save the jacket and whilst it was going to be a challenge, he took it on. We agreed a top line budget and I left it with him, Yesterday I went to collect the jacket and was amazed the workmanship and quality of the ‘rebuild’ which was truly remarkable. I now have my cherished jacket back and can’t wait to use it when the weather calls.
I’m so grateful for all Ashley’s efforts and his willingness to go above and beyond and treating me with such care and understanding.

I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of the re-waxing and repair of my motorcycle jacket. I had re-waxed the jacket myself a few years ago and was not totally happy with the outcome, so this time when it was needing done again I started looking on line to see what professional waxing services were available out there. When I received my quote from Oily Jack to re-wax the jacket and repair a Velcro fastener I hesitated a bit but decided in the end to go for it. I’m so glad I did ! The difference between my own previous attempt at re-waxing the jacket and the Oily Jack product was night and day. My jacket is like new now. I couldn’t believe how well it looked when it was returned. In the end it was money well spent in my opinion, and when it needs re-waxed again in a few years time after many wet miles riding I won’t hesitate to use Oily Jack again.
The communication/instruction process via email regarding the process for sending/receiving the jacket to/from Oily Jack was very clear and worked well.
The lead time for the re-waxing was 2-3 weeks but I was okay with that as this was made clear in the emails. The packaging the jacket was returned in was very professional and nice to open, like receiving a new purchase.
In summary, I’m very impressed with the professional service and quality product provided by Oily Jack.

The whole process from start to finish was exceptional! Excellent communication and response times. But the jackets!! It's like they've swapped them out for brand new ones! Absolutely unbelievable. Cannot recommend highly enough. 1st class. Thankyou Oily Jack!!

I lost my Belstaff Trailmaster belt and sadly Belstaff couldn’t supply a replacement in the correct colour. Oily Jacks went out of their way to make me a replacement and I’m made up with it. Such a close match to my jacket!! A complete pleasure to communicate with through the process. Can’t recommend highly enough!

i had a musty smelling Barbour which was tough to wear, tried all tricks like freezing, sun and even enzyme based sprays. these guys got it done even though i was short charged by the Royal mail for dimensional excess. the jacket is actually wearable now and the cost was worth it.

Great customer service when my husband's old-faithful of a jacket needed repair and rewaxing. Oily Jack did a great job for a fair price.
