The correct product turned on time was well packaged and works well

I bought muc off bike wash. Biogrease and chain lube. Also bike guard spray. Very impressed with everything. Usually use small amount of car shampoo or washing up liquid but muc off much better at leaving a smear free finish. Biogrease stopped a creak on my seatpost. Bikeguard has left a protective shield on my frame and components. Very impressed.

Excellent service and delivery and the brushes were really packed well used the brushes on my car wheels and they were excellent will definitely be buying again

The website did not indicate FedEx shipping when we put in our PO Box. We never received our shipment.

I ordered a bike pressure washer from MucOff. It arrived promptly and when stated. I've washed my van with it, to test it out. Plenty of battery life to complete the task. This will be great for instantly cleaning my mtb after a ride.

2 stars – Great customer service, unfortunately let down by the delivery

I had a very disappointing experience with the delivery of my order, although I have to say that Muc-Off's customer service was excellent throughout the process.

DHL marked my parcel as having been unsuccessfully delivered because nobody was home. This was not the case – I was home all day and there was no delivery attempt whatsoever.

I contacted Muc-Off, and their customer service was extremely helpful. Ali handled the situation professionally, contacted DHL and arranged for the parcel to be returned to Muc-Off rather than attempting another delivery. I really appreciated the way he handled the situation.

Unfortunately, I never received the products I ordered, and I have now had to have the order returned and refunded. The main reason for this is DHL's handling of the delivery, but I also think it is unfortunate that Muc-Off does not currently offer alternative courier options for customers in Denmark.

I would happily order from Muc-Off again if another delivery company was available. Based on my experience, the products and customer service deserve a much better rating, but the overall experience was unfortunately let down by the delivery service.

Hopefully Muc-Off will consider offering an alternative courier option in the future.

We ride outside in the real world, a world of dirt, mud, sand; pretty much anything and everything that mucks up a drive train. There are numerous vendors and products to remove the mess and most are good. I’ve used Muc Off for several seasons professionally and personally. I keep coming back because it works. Period. Muc Off is great people and great products.

As a road cyclist, I've used a lot of bike maintenance products over the years, and Muc-Off consistently delivers some of the best products on the market. While their entire lineup is impressive, their road tire sealant deserves special recognition.

The sealant has saved multiple rides for me. I've had numerous punctures that sealed while I was actively riding, and thanks to Muc-Off, I've never experienced a complete flat that left me stranded on the side of the road. There's a lot of peace of mind knowing that minor punctures are handled automatically, allowing me to keep riding with little or no interruption.

Beyond the sealant, Muc-Off's products are simply enjoyable to use. Their cleaners and maintenance products smell great, which is a nice change from the harsh chemical odors that many bike care products have. I also appreciate their commitment to producing products that are generally environmentally friendly, making it easier to maintain my bike without feeling like I'm harming the environment.

If you're serious about cycling and want products that work when it matters most, Muc-Off is an easy recommendation. Their road tire sealant alone has prevented countless headaches and helped keep every ride rolling smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone running tubeless tires.

The employees are professional while also laughing in life. Not just being there to SALE. Explained my electric washer and also explained some of your chain line as I’ve never used your product. I will be now going forward. Just an around great couple of guys who like the cycling world.
