Wheel alignment Burleigh 4220

I was booked in to have a wheel alignment as I had tyre scrub on the left front tire and the steering drift/pulled to the left. Front counter staff were great. A minor adjustment was made and I was told the mechanic had taken the car for a test drive and notes that theres was no further issue. Again counter staff were great, but as soon as I pulled out of drive way and turned onto Reedy creek rd the car began to drift left and if I took my hands of the wheel the drift was increased. I correct the steering wheel a number of times with the same out come. So the problem was still there. If the mechanic did take the car for test drive he would have noted the issues was still there and the service centre would have stated that further investigation is needed, but it’s easier to lie and just take the money and run.

Nice people but that’s it

Nice people.
1. Ordered wrong tyres
2. Correct tyres Price came in higher than Audi pricing by $75 per tyre. Showed person to see if could atleast price match. Said no.

Will not be going back for next two tyres next week.
If my car got correct tyres first up and quoted those prices originally I would have just gone w Audi ( whom are always more expensive in my experience) . The original quote (wrong tyres) were less than Audi and why I went w you.

Very frustrated, two visits and 400 more than Audi.

Price matching and good communication…

Price matching and good communication was appreciated.
Only negative was that I specifically asked that a wheel alignment NOT be included (as reflected in the quote provided), however when my daughter dropped the car off, the person who served her talked her into a wheel alignment.

It’s actually a Zero star

It’s actually a Zero star.
It was a fight to get my car back as I said MY car back for just change of tyres and rims… They couldn’t get the rims on time even though was advised would be there next day but every day was next day… Then they refused to release my car even though I was paying the full invoice…they wanted me to pay via direct debit and wait for their bank to clear it before I could take my car back and they refused me paying cash… I had to fight and threaten that I’d go with law enforcement to pay cash and get my car then I got my car.
After that I had to fight and threaten again to get a proper receipt when I am legally entitled for one.
It was nothing but a drama and NEVER AGAIN!!!!
On top of all the drama there was a bolt left in my car and when my partner enquired they casually just said “oh it’s yours it should be on your wheels” but I just had wheel alignment so shouldn’t they have put that bolt on?? Were we at risk for driving without a bolt??
AND the night after the tyres and wheels changed as well as alignment and checks my car light came on notifying that the tyres needed pressure…. Er okay 👌🏽

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked my car in for a service, and organised a day of leave from work and an extra day of daycare for my little one as I had no one to pick me up once I’d dropped my car off. When I arrived, I was told I wasn’t booked in. Checked my phone log and verified I had called and made a booking 10 days prior. I offered to reschedule, but they said they could fit my car in. When I called them almost four hours later to see how much longer it would take, I was told they hadn’t yet started on my car. Had to pick up my children from school, so had to leave having wasted the whole day waiting around, plus didn’t even have my car serviced in the end! Would not recommend and will never go back.

My car before the service did not have…

My car before the service did not have the check engine lights but when I took the car after the service check engine lights were on. When I told the manager, he said it can happen.

Rapid turnaround

Rapid turnaround. Replaced a defective alternator in under four hours. Team are respectful and knowledgeable. Hourly rates are high compared to sole traders.
