I received the chicory, but there is no expiration date or lot number anywhere on the jar. The label says this information should be printed on the upper part of the container, but it is missing. I paid $8 for the product and $20for shipping. I am attaching photos. Customer service is not responding.

Fraud company, please watch they can impose huge hidden customs on your like 40 percent of the total amount while handling the delivery to you.

The products are great, the customer service is shocking. Terrible. Not helpful or transparent. I tried to change my order very quickly after they sent the parcel as I selected the wrong product, no one monitors customer emails and then received the wrong product, sent it back to find out they charged me the postage fee without telling me. Eventually someone communicated this to me. So I was reimbursed less 4.95 euro. I wouldn’t have bothered returning it if they’d responded originally when I emailed 3 times. It’s such a shame because I’ve shopped here a lot, but this makes me feel differently now.

Beware of the lacking communication and oversight of orders

I DON’t RECOMEND THEM!!!! The order takes ages to arrive… it was something very important for my son’s treatment which never arrived! No phone number to contact them. I emailed them and someone bothered to answer that my order will arrive next week!!!! Don’t bother with them…

It took ages to come. I ordered 20 vegetable pates. The pate was sloppy, it spread like soft margarine not the consistency it should be. I got in touch and they said they can't help without my original order which I don't have. No apology, no offer of a replacement or a resolution. Poor customer service!!

I placed 2 separate orders with this company Naturitas. Both orders were received in a timely manner, packaged well, did not arrive damaged--the box was in good condition--and all the products were quality (deodorant, shampoo, personal products). The invaluable thing about Naturitas is THEY HANDLE ALL THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE which I repeat is invaluable. It is so time-consuming to take care of that, and the fact that they do it, and charge such low shipping costs too. So far, I give this company 10 Stars! I will order from them again anytime. Quality products, quality delivery service, easy ordering online.

I did not even get to order anything, i asked them a question about a cat health product, they kept saying the answer was on the website but it wasn't. I mean did they really think I would then order a health product for my cat that they knew nothing about. I'd be very weary about buying from this company or using any of their products. Think i had a lucky escape...

I have ordered things for 200£ there where delivered to the wrong dor. They do not help you in anything, no resolution, they say I have to make the claim to royal mail, the claim they have to do I made an order for 200 gluteen free ataf because eim intolerant and the parcel was delivered on the wrong dor I have the pictures, on top of that I arrange a charge back from my bank. You peopel are cowboy il never ever order gain whit you scamers.

Solicité 3 packs de bebida de avena el 18/7, me llegó solo uno a un punto de recogida diferente al elegido, en cuanto a los otros dos, despues de enviarles emails, whatsapps y finalmente elevar incidencia a traves de Pay Pal, dia 7 Agosto , me abonan los packs no enviados. Atención al cliente y post venta horrible.

I have been buying from Naturitas since 2019. They are the best company in Spain for natural food products and health supplements. They have almost everything available except one or two very specialist foods (such as Brands Essence- a powerful animal protein natural supplement)
Naturitas can deliver to the Canary Islands, which is not common, as a lot of companies cannot deliver here.

Second time in a row a broken box. Slow customer service takes forever to sort out reimbursement.

Its the pt branch but the company is the same ,,, ive bought one product didnt pick it up it was returned ... AFTER 3 WEEKS they didnt process the refund , first they claimed it was processed , later they admitted they didnt , now they say they will !!! TRUST IS LOST

DELIVERY: You DO need to allow a few days, mine took 7 days. Warehouse is legit, based in Spain, so the order will go through Spain first, then through customs in UK. Once it clears customs, you can really track the delivery and it takes around 2 working days to your door (Royal Mail tracked 48). Not Naturita's fault, they dispatched quickly and everything was also perfectly packaged in a cardboard box and secure.

CUSTOMS: Check the limits for customs before placing an order. Unless you're over the limit (well over £100, but check first) you won't need to pay a penny more than you pay at checkout because VAT is included in the prices shown. This information is correct at the time of this review. Check their FAQ first if unsure.

PAYMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was worried at first because Paypal needed longer to process the payment (they needed to do additional checks), so I also contacted Naturitas and Paula was helpful.

Glad I didn't trust other reviews. Maybe they're used to fedex or these other companies that seem to deliver in hours that I won't name. This is an ethical and legit company. Very happy. Will use again.

Thesss guys sell a product from Golden tree a oral biotic. I spent an hour watching the actors doctor rave on about how this said doctor has spent day months and years finding a cùre for one patient. That was to last 5 minites. It is supose to give you fresh breath cure bad gut health so you body losing toxins so your live works like it did 20 years ago. So you lose weight? How does an oral biotic help you lose weight? It doesnt not. £39.00 a month. I was told I would recieve my moneyback which I have asked for not given. They said it has different effects on diffrrent people. 2 reviews on this sellers site. So Golden tree Also said no refund. Avoid claim of so called actors pretending to doctors or dentists promising you this will cure muliple promblems. We are to gulable and hopeful. Theses people havent a human bone it there body they are evil and have no respect for anoher human being. I will keep writting this. If I have stopped just one person from buying the oral miricle I would have achieved my goal. Stop believing everything that said or writtern the are true. AI is responsable for so much crap. Think, ask google before you buy. Stop believing in fake promises, you will only to be left and feeling like your worthless and poorer. Trustpilot I have messages if you want them for evidance of purchase and contact with said company.
