Never buy from them

Never buy from them! I should have read the reviews but I didn’t so lesson learned! Flowers were never delivered on day I selected to only be told oh tomorrow they will be delivered, which never happened. Had to argue for my refund which the price I paid for them you think they would have better service! So disappointed! Buyer be careful!!!

Very unprofessional and rude customer…

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I was charged 2 delivery fees that totaled 25.00. My order was late and I was never provided a delivery confirmation within 24 hours of delivery. I will never order from this place again! I have unsubscribed from their website.

Never EVER again

Never EVER again will I order flowers from Send Flowers. The arrangement was delivered not even close to what I ordered. i was mortified that anyone would deliver an arrangement so pitiful. Half empty and smashed. Customer service is absolutely no help at all. Never Never again

This is the worst company ever.

They brought the wrong bouquet to the wrong address. This address is across town. Customer service didn't help at all. They brought funeral flowers for my 19th wedding anniversary. This is the worst company ever.

Very Disappointed

If it wasn't for the fact that my mom was happy to receive a bouquet on her birthday I would be giving this review the one star definitely.

There were multiple issues!
First off the delivery driver didn't even bother to knock on the door or ring the doorbell they just left it on the porch in the sun and if it wasn't for the fact that I got a delivery email nobody would have known it was there.
Second problem the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the photo! I picked this particular one because the arrangement was filled with all of my mom's favorite colors shades of pink and burgundy and it was beautiful along with the vase.
Also going back to the first problem because it was sitting out on the porch after I received the email and had to go get the arrangement myself off of her porch and hand it to her myself and that's when I noticed that the arrangement they gave me wasn't even fresh the majority of the flowers were brittle and falling apart. It honestly looks like they went to the nearest grocery store bought something out of the store and put in a vase!!!
My mom was happy because it was a birthday gift for her but I feel like she would have been even more happy had it been the arrangement that I ordered with all her favorite colors in it, I will not be using this service again.

Terrible company!

Terrible company!! I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. Online the blue mason jar vase was ocean blue and the arrangement was bursting with flowers. What they delivered was a dollar store clear little vase with 4 flowers and tons of cheap greenery🥲🤬.

I accidently selected their website…

I accidently selected their website thinking I was purchasing flowers from a trusted local florist. After receiving the confirmatory email, I contacted my local florist to cancel the $14.95 delivery fee as the florist was close by. I then found I used Send Flowers instead. Upon calling Send Flowers to cancel the order (an hour after placing the order), I was told the arrangement was out for delivery. Huh. Actual arrival was 4:00 PM 7 hrs later. The arrangement was small and looked like a few flowers, cut short, and randomly stuffed in a small vase. Total cost was $69.95. I could have purchased twice the amount from the local grocery for $15.00. I am one and done with these folks.

SCAM

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered flowers a week in advance for a friend's birthday. They were never delivered. When I called customer service I was told they were out for delivery. (This was at 5:45 pm...15 minutes before their stated latest delivery time). An hour later I called again and I was told they delivery was delayed. I requested a refund. They said they could deliver the flowers in 2 days and refund me half of my purchase price. Of course I said no and requested a refund again. Once more they offered a partial refund and delivery in 2 days. Again, I said no. The "customer service agent" started talking louder and repeated himself and I had to yell to talk over him. I demanded a full refund. Finally he promised a full refund. I asked for his name for reference in case I need to contact my bank if the refund doesn't go through. My final note: When I called the 800 customer service number it was immediately apparent my call was redirected to India. Huge red flag!
Fingers crossed my money gets returned but I'm not holding my breath.

They randomly picked me to verify my…

They randomly picked me to verify my order and put it on hold asked a TON of questions, put me on hold for 5 minutes after that in the middle of the work day then told me I needed my bank to fax them a verification??? Is this a scam? Lol great so now I'm out of pocket 100 for 2 days and my wife does not get flowers on our anniversary.

Didn’t deliver, didn’t call back

Son and family sent us flowers for a special occasion and delivery on Sept 26. Sendflowers.com sent him confirmation but we never received the flowers. Son called, I called twice. Bressie and Gian in customer (dis-)service promised the store would call back. No calls, no delivery, no flowers.

HORRIBLE TURN AWAY

Placed order for tulips and rose on 9/18 for delivery 9/19 for coworker bday and to be delivered at our office. Delivered right before 5 pm and received roses and carnations and the bouquet looked very skippy not full at all. The bouquet is called tulips and rose tf. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRASSED THE WHOLE OFFICE SAWTHESE RIDICULOUS A** FLOWERS. I COULD HAD WENT TO WALMART IF OWANTED CARNATIONS. Then I called to let them know and they talking about giving me a 20% refund. That doesn’t even cover the delivery fee I paid of 14.99 . NEVER NEVER AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS TRASH

I had a horrible experience

I had a bad experience, they delivered stale flowers on the wrong day and very late in the evening. They then sent me a make good bouquet that was still not fresh, it had burnt roses but the delivery guy was forcing me to accept the order. They made it seem like it was my fault that the initial delivery was not fresh

Anniversary bouquet was ordered…

Anniversary bouquet was ordered (couldn't get out of work early enough to get myself) for same day delivery and had an extra charge. Bouquet had not arrived by 7pm so called # for Sendflowers and # doesn't work.
Bouquet arrived next day in afternoon. Called # multiple time still didn't work. Finally got the same day charge refunded.

This has to be a scam

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM! I am very disappointed by their service and do not understand how they are in operation. I wish I had saw this site first before placing my order. They claim they delivered my flowers but there is no actual proof! And instead of trying to resolve or contact the local florist to verify the damn delivery they kept telling me they will have florist deliver again. Why would they need to do that if they delivered! Where is the proof of delivery!? Where did they leave the flowers I paid almost $100 for !? Why wasn’t it left at the damn door !?

Nothing went correctly

I ordered a bouquet of yellow roses and blue irises, and a box of chocolate to be delivered to my parents.
First, the company sent me an email saying the gift had been delivered, and when I called to check with my parents, there had been no delivery. So I called the company, who called the local vendor. The local vendor confirmed that they had not yet delivered the gift.
Second, there was no box of chocolate delivered (but Send Flowers said they would reimburse me for that)
Third: the bouquet had yellow roses and some other blue flower, not irises. I had specifically used this company because I wanted irises.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I placed and paid for an order back on 8/20/2024, to be delivered on 8/29/2024. Order placed nine (9) days in advanced! As of 8/30, it has NOT been delivered! This is totally unacceptable and very disappointing.
I Also, placed another order on 8/20/2024, to be delivered on 8/29/2024. Again, order placed nine (9) days in advanced! It was NOT been delivered as of 8/30. Again Very upsetting and disappointing.
I believe orders placed 9 days in advance SHOULD have been sufficient time to get delivery on the requested date. I spent over $125 and did not receive properly requested service.

Do me a favor. Do not order here. Save yourself from frustration

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this flower shop. It’s the worst online. As a virtual assistant, I ordered flowers two days before my client's cousin's birthday to surprise her, as requested by my client. I paid and was charged, so I assumed everything was fine. However, things took a turn for the worse. I don't frequently check my email, and on the day of the birthday, I received a notification that my order was on hold and required a phone call to confirm details. Seriously? I ordered online for convenience, and they want me to call? I wish I had checked the shop’s reviews before ordering. This shop is terrible! I never experience this kind of hassle with other online flower shops.

Don’t buy anything from them

Don’t buy anything from them, they advertise the product one way but when you receive it you can tell they went to the dollar store to make the baskets. I ordered Premium chocolate and snacks, but they received a bunch of mixed nuts and some chocolates I never heard of. I also paid for 20 box of chocolates and they sent some penny candy box of chocolates. Next time I’ll know to put a basket together myself, I paid $150 for crap. I will never use this company again.

Beautiful roses 🌹

Sent roses to my sister and she said they arrived early afternoon (right on time) and they are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the order and ease in ordering. And they were on sale so I was especially pleased. Will definitely use them again!
