Bad communication regarding delivery times
I ordered Cangoo keewee bakfiets on the 29th July, a green colour because that one was available on the webpage where delivery was 3-10 days. I called immediately after to confirm on these dates so i can request small vacation after 2 weeks so i can spend time with my family with the bakfiets. When i called, a lady answered and said ,yes we have it on stock we just need to bring it from another shop...that turned out to be a lie🤥 because my next call after 2 weeks a young man answered and said we dont have that bike and we are waiting for delivery and that the lady shouldn't have said that, since we dont have it on stock. I suggested that they change the webpage and the delivery times because thats a lie, he acknowledged. Today i called again, and a polite lady said that we will receive it next week... and maybe 1 week for delivery....which means since you order i bike plan 1 Month to receive it. Its very frustrating when you feel like you are being lied to and make plans based on that misinformation. I have read the reviews well before i ordered and i was sincerely hoping for the best but....sorry for this review i am simply stating the truth, maybe if the situation changes i can update this review.
