My cherry trees were able to be shipped in the fall so I could plant them and they could benefit from root establishment over the fall/winter. Although they had already lost their leaves for the winter, they appeared healthy. I also think the shipping costs were very fair. I look forward to seeing these trees flourish in the spring.

These trees are beyond my expectations! They are beautiful and arrived safe and sound thanks to the expert packing. The love and care that these folk take with their trees is evident. I cannot wait for spring to see them take off and flourish. I wil be back for more fruit trees to meet my orchard needs!

Always packed well in case there is a delivery delay by the carrier. If damaged or lost in shipping they are quick to resolve the problem. Always quality plants.

My Blueberry bushes order arrived quickly and the bushes appeared to be in excellent condition!! They were planted the day after they arrived per the plantinginstructions. Fingers crossed that they will be healthy in the spring.

I bought a small cherry tree earlier in the year. It was a beautiful little tree perfect little tree. We'll it didn't make it. it leafed out and was doing really well. And all of a sudden it died. I think it was a fungus or something. Anyway Willis replaced it no charge other than shipping charges. I will be a cheerleader for this company forever.

The Titan blueberry bushes were gorgeous and so healthy right out of the box! I was so impressed. I added them to my assortment of blueberry bushes I ordered from Willis a few years back. I’ve had such good crops from them I wanted more. So delicious.

The staff helped me place my order, and I received my fig trees a few weeks later. The 4 trees they sent were very nice specimens, and are so far looking very nice after potting, with plenty of new growth appearing on the plants. Looking forward to seeing how they mature. Just got my dwarf cavendish banana plant. Wow what a difference when dealing with a good company !
Tried two other company’s and got burned by both. Was going alphabetical online.

I ordered three pecan tree from Willis Orchard October 13 2023. I received my order in the end of March 2024 planted them, followed all the instructions, how to take care of the trees. I never saw one leaf come out of the three pecan trees. And now I was trying to reorder another three pecan trees so I called Willis Orchard two times because I have some questions about the trees and I just get voice messaging and I can't leave a message. I'm going to pursue getting a refund or credit if I ever get ahold of them. I will not be reordering from Willis Orchard.

Bought a dormant tree that never came back to life. Asked for a replacement but they did not have the exact tree instock. They were nickle and dimeing me over 1' difference. Will not give a refund wil not replace. Apparently, if the tree was dead to begin with you have to contact them within 3 days. Even though they tell you to wait for dormant trees. Also, their store credit if used will void the warrantee on the first dead tree which is not mentioned on their website. This is at the very least a petty business doomed for failure if not an outright scam.

I ordered (3) of the 8-pack Northern Blueberry combos (so 24 plants total), which included early, mid, and late season varieties for a longer harvest window. I put a note on my order to make sure each variety had a tag, and they did. They came right when expected (in the Fall shipping timeline). There was a slight delay when they were in transit, but once they arrived I got them planted the same day. They were all just shy of 3' once in the ground (supposed to be 3' to 4'), some defoliated already, but they are about the size of some bushes we've had in a partly-shady spot for a few years, so we're happy with the size that they are, and they have a bright sunny spot, so we expect them to do very well in the years ahead. We planted them as a hedgeline on either side of a garden path. I have bought specialty trees (4 teas weeping mulberry) from Willis Orchards in the past, and have had a good experience with quality plants each time.
