I used WVA for the first time to sell part of my whisky collection. From the start George and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. They talked me through the process and advised on the value of my bottles. After the auction ended it became apparent that after the sale of all my lots that George knew his stuff, as each lot sold within the parameters given by him.
Well done WVA. I will certainly be bringing the rest of my collection to you.

Really good auction website for newbies. Clear bid pricing and easy to use. Speedy notifications. Free storage is great. Shipping seems too expensive but is quick.

Fun auction
The service was good. Auction software worked well and I enjoyed the browsing and bidding experience. However, one of the three bottles I bought (a 1982 Armagnac) tasted like soap. I got an apology and £10 of my next order which is fair enough - auction items are sold as seen. But i cannot award more than three stars when a third of my order was not fit for human consumption.
