Sloppy Order Fulfillment
I have ordered hundreds of dollars from M&S in the last year. Previously the orders were processed and shipped in a very timely manner.
My recent order was delayed by over a week and a half, and most likely wouldn’t have even been shipped at that point until I contacted CS and was told that the order had not been processed because one of the 7 items purchased was not in stock and would be available until Black Friday when a new shipment arrived from the manufacturer. I requested a substitute and the agents Luke and Joe fulfilled the request and shipped the order. When it finally arrived another BOGO item was missing and clearly showing on the shipping manifest that “0” of that item was included.
In my opinion, I understand that things go OOS and the like, but had I not followed up I probably would’ve not heard anything from the company and still be waiting.
In addition I referred a new customer who is used to ordering from Amazon Prime with 2 day delivery.
I think they are going to be very disappointed in the service from M&S.
