John was a fantastic tutor — extremely knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful throughout the course. He explained everything clearly and in a way that made the information easy to understand and, more importantly, actually sink in. He was a pleasure to learn from and made the whole course enjoyable. I genuinely hope any future courses I attend are delivered by someone as knowledgeable, patient and supportive as John. Highly recommended

Recently completed TWC course found it very interesting and the instructor Lee Belcher - was really good professional thorough and very knowledgeable, course was very interacting and the group was very good and helpful. The journey to complete my Level 3 in moving loads was made easier and stress free with how CST conducts there training. I was allowed time to gather the information, resource the information and submit when I was ready in between constant rotations for my job role.
They was always on hand to help when needed and checked in with emails to ensure there was no issues.

I recommend them to anyone who is looking for personnel development to engage with them to see what is offered.

Good content and great instructors.

It was a pleasant experience from which I had to learn new things with a good teacher, which resulted in the fact that I passed the test at the end.

Completing the SMSTS course with CITS was a thoroughly enjoyable and valuable experience. The course was extremely informative and gave me a much stronger understanding of health and safety, site management responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining high standards within the construction industry.

Throughout the course, I gained valuable knowledge in areas such as risk management, safe systems of work, hazard identification, health and safety legislation, site organisation, planning and effective communication. It also helped me better understand the level of responsibility that comes with managing construction activities and the importance of creating a positive safety culture on site.

One of the most valuable aspects of the course was how relevant the information was to real working environments. It wasn't simply about learning information to pass an assessment; it provided practical knowledge and principles that I can apply throughout my career.

I found the training provided by CITS professional, engaging and well delivered. The course encouraged me to think more carefully about the importance of planning, leadership, communication and taking a proactive approach to health and safety.

Overall, I am extremely pleased to have completed my SMSTS course with CITS. I learned a great deal, enjoyed the experience and feel much more knowledgeable and confident as a result.

I would highly recommend the course to anyone looking to develop their career within construction management or improve their understanding of site health and safety. It was a fantastic learning experience and an important step in my continued professional development.

This company focus is for you to do not pass the test, it's focused is money extorsion, for you to fail and re-book...
Course is just bulk materials you can read on your own not to pass the test!!!

Excellent tutor, informative positive and helpful,

The experience was good, as it covered what was required, and also expanded on previous knowledge.
The team exercises were beneficial as well.

I’ve just completed the 5-day SMSTS training course with CST Training in London and found the whole experience very positive.

The assessor, Rodger Pitt, was clear and professional in delivering the necessary information throughout the week. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the topics in a way that was easy to understand and relate to real-life situations on site.

The course was well structured, informative and engaging, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and discuss experiences from within the construction industry. Rodger created a relaxed learning environment while still ensuring that all of the important areas required for the SMSTS qualification were covered.

I would definitely recommend CST Training to anyone looking to complete their SMSTS, and I’d like to thank Rodger for his time, knowledge and guidance throughout the week.

Good online training company, did the SMSTS course over 5 weeks so one day a week, not the same tutor each week but overall worked well although intense as reliant on being online all day.

Good SMSTS course, delivered by knowledgeable, engaging and sometimes funny trainer. By chance- I was in a good class of 11 students.

Excellent guidance for 1st interview, looking forward to completing course with a little more confidence.
