I can't rate my experience so far with Ditto highly enough! As a new artist, or at least one that's only recently decided to put their music out there, I've found their overall service to be a fantastic way to release songs as an independent artist. As a pro user, the additional benefits and perks have also been worth every penny! Keep up the great work Ditto! 👌❤️

It's very easy to publish songs through Ditto. The whole staff is very considerate and they actually get back to you when you have a question about anything. It's not like a BOT thing that replies to you. They are real people! I noticed that the distribution of the songs are really world wide! Ditto is an amazing music distributor!

I’ve worked with Ditto for 5 years and releasing music has been really simple and there tools are really effective. I’ve had zero issues when releasing music. The biggest problem I’ve had is royalties, they never tally up with actual and they have said ‘you don’t get paid in certain countries’
On two occasions my account says no subscription (currently like that now) and I have a fully paid up subscription which is frustrating because I can’t withdraw or see any stats now.
You can’t email them or raise a ticket either and I struggle to get the chat to work.

I've started doing Music way back on 2016 but i was still in junior that time while i was not knowing nothing about making of music.2023 I bought my own studio label Called : Hlubi Nation Records[HNR],Its where by i realised that i can make it but only one thing i need to do to distribute my music where i started doing research.
I've noticed that DITTO is the distribution platform that will suit me as compared to DISTROKID i've looked on differences then i choose DITTO.I work as independent artist i haven't sign in other companies i'm only doing features in order to work with other artists.

Ditto is a great platform for independent artists to release their music. They make it easy to understand the guidelines of releasing music on major streaming platforms and for their price they offer many great perks. The only downside I'd have to critique is their campaign program. I paid for one just to see how it works and was pretty underwhelmed with the experience and can't recommend it. If you have your own methods for marketing your music I'd suggest using them instead.
Overall its a great learning experience on what its like to release music and gives artists a small taste of what to expect if they plan to dive deeper into the industry.

So, I am trying to upload a song titled "Lost Member", but it keeps on getting rejected. I am the only artist that preformed the song, but I do not have any copyright data available on me. I have uploaded the song before without any issue, but yet, Issues have occurred. I am furious about all of this. I do expect a response from you immediately. And yes, I do have proof that I own the song. I just don't have any copyright information, because I cannot afford to copyright my song.

I have been uploading my music and back to back number of my music is being inactive without giving any reason. Above all there’s no customer service at all. No replies to e-mails, chats and no customer support. we are supposed to just pay and forget. Fed up of all this. Worst platform, i regret listening to my friend to download this

Sorry to hear that you have issues with some your releases. I can see that the latest release is still active on stores so the team couldn't send this upload. The other releases the team have advised due to the criteria for indian covers not being met they have not been able to send these. Full criteria can be found on the emails sent with the releases. I liked that it seems so easy to find an audience for the music one creates. What I dislike is the insignificance you seem to give to an artist's work. Some guy first name only named Raj just seemed to take me like a joke. I will think twice in the future.
