Evri are very reliable,

Evri are Very reliable and they go above and beyond to make sure that your parcel arrive to you on time or to the nearist to the Date, You can also track them where they are on the map to see how close they are to you - Im very Pleased with there performance. Thank Q Evri

Rubbish company Evri worst company in…

Rubbish company Evri worst company in parcel delivery business. They missed up my parcels twice now and when you call them you will never be able to talk to anyone and when you chat is a computer software chatting with you and will get your parcel information wrong although you provide tracking number correctly. You cannot get anywhere with them and your parcel for sure will be going back to the seller even if seller is not in UK. With evri say good bye to your parcel or take a day off especially to receive your parcel.

I was returning a 50 inch tv that came…

I was returning a 50 inch tv that came damaged fraser group arranged for Evri to collect it as a return. I had to wait over a week for collection then today a small car came to collect it it didnt fit in car. The lady said her husband worked gor Evri and she would get him to collect in a van. Nobody turned up and then on evri app it said it was collected as not packaged up properly i had put it in original box securly packed. It was there fault as to small veichle

Return not collected.…

I booked a return for a jd Williams parcel.It should have been collected on Monday 16th Sept.Despite my being at home the courier left without taking parcel saying I was not at home.I received an email stating the parcel would be collected next day.it is now Wednesday night and the parcel is still here.I must add this is not my usual courier Tracy,who is excellent.

Useless!

I used to have a good Evri courier who delivered and collected parcels on time and was able to follow instructions. Unfortunately he seems to have left as the current one is useless. They failed to collect a parcel and I have contacted Evri via chat multiple times. They say they will escalate it but I am yet to hear anything or have the parcel collected. I have been waiting 3 weeks! Absolutely useless.

Always leavese and…

Always leaves parcels in vestibule and if he has been he closes the front door, met him once, very pleasant!

Disgusting customer service

I actually used evri as a courier to return a splash back I had bought but needed sending back …..
evri collected it and I awaited my £145 refund ..
I received an email with photographs from the company I had bought it , the splash back had arrived , shattered into pieces . Therefore no refund
Trying to contact Evri is literally a JOKE , you send emails as there isn’t a contact number and clearly they choose to ignore them , several times over …
So thanks Evri I paid you £16.00 to return my parcel and I am now £161.00 out of pocket !!!
