Leak fixed
I’m a leaseholder in a block of flats that Gilmartins are the facilities maintenance firm.
We had a leak in our above neighbours and although other engineers had been out and not rectified the issue. We had Haitham come and found the issue within minutes and fixed the issue and showed us what was wrong and why it happened. His attention to detail was second to none and is clearly very good at what he does and does beg the question why the other engineers hadn’t spotted it before. Maybe Haitham should be training some of the others.

We had an issue with our Immersion heater that was very problematic due to how the wiring was installed previously. Bernard was able to rectify the issue after diligently seeking the source of the issue.

Mohamed came to complete a job for us today and we couldn’t be happier with his work.
