My first experience with Richer Sounds and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. Very friendly & helpful, whilst being super knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Kurt at the Chiswick store in particular who helped me with both of my purchases.
Delivery was also amazing, keep it up guys & gals!

Visited Richer Sounds Preston to check out TV sizes on the back of a recommendation from the guy who will fit our new TV. Howie very kindly arranged for a huge cardboard box to be delivered to our home within a couple of days to enable us to create a template. As a consequence, we have opted to go larger than we might otherwise have dared and returned to Richer Sounds yesterday to order a TV and sound bar. Couldn’t be happier with the service, given recent nightmares with other goods / service providers.

Used Richer sounds from when it first opened at London Bridge. Now, as then, brilliant customer service. Price matched then beat the other supplier without a problem. Have used the Reigate store for years and never bought a TV any where else. Highly recommended.

It all started with a price match handled by James and order placed with Levi who was very courteous at Leicester branch from there I was informed every step of the way.
The delivery was smooth and informative and undertaken by Paul and Karol who were outstanding.

I ordered my new amplifier from richer sounds as they have price promise and their reliability. It hadn’t been released so I ordered it for collection, due to work commitments i couldn’t pick it up for a couple of weeks. I explained my situation and they were happy to hold it for me.

We were looking for a compact hifi to replace our old separates but needed to be able to connect 2 sets of speakers. Carl discussed the options, albeit fairly limited, and offered us a demonstration of the Marantz Melody CR612 which fitted the bill. He also recommended a phone preamp so that we could connect our existing turntable. Although we didn’t buy it on the spot, ordering over the phone was simple. Great service, great price and speedy delivery. I will definitely shop with the again.

Back in the summer I decided that I'd treat myself the a Leak stereo 230 and matching CDT transport. I chose the system for high quality sound, the beautiful retro look with the classic walnut case and not least, we had a Leak stereo 70 amp and sandwich speakers at home when I was a teenager. I bought a Solid steel stand with Walnut finish to complement my system. I'm delighted with my choice and the exemplary service and aftercare I've received from the team at Richer Sounds, Manchester. I am always blown away by the level of knowledge on offer from the whole team, it makes you feel like you are making the right purchase and there are no silly questions to ask. This is an art that is lost on most other retailers with similar offerings, and gives Richer Sounds a distinct advantage in the market. I know where I'll be going next time I'm making a tech purchase!

I have been buying things from RS for years and have never had a situation that wasn't cheerfully and easily dealt with. This time the remote control for a TV that I bought in 2022 with a 6 year guarantee was replaced within 36 hours, no hassle! Delighted

My DVD recorder failed after 5 years into a 6 year guarantee. It was collected, assessed, and replaced with a new one in a few days. Outstanding service. I have taken out a 6 year guarantee on the new one of course.

My husband and I always feel a warm welcome at Richer Sounds Tooley Street , London Bridge. We have been customers for the last ten years , bought all our home entertainment from Richer Sounds. The staff are very knowledgeable with any of their products without being pushy and we have had quite a few experiences from the competition. Installation from Richer Sounds was Super! Our one and only place to go to for beautiful high quality products and installation.

Although the showroom was closed for refurbishment I was still able to order on the telephone with the store manager Paul. He helped me with my order and guided me from start to finish. I have used Richer Sounds before and definitely will again.

Staff took time to discuss what I wanted and explain the options. They were friendly and well informed. Also they were able to arrange delivery the next day, even though it was the weekend, which was phenomenal. The delivery service was also excellent.

I was looking for a bluetooth speaker but there is so much choice out there I wanted to get some advice first.
I have used various branches of Richer Sounds for over 40 years and this was the obvious place to go.

Well guided by the assistant, Mally, who took time to understand what I was looking for specifically, bought the speaker and it is perfect - just what I wanted.

The service from Richer Sounds was excellent, as it always is. I can't complain about them.
However, the Samsung claim for £150 cashback is not working. After processing my initial claim, Samsung asked for more information, which their website will not upload. When I try to use their help section of the website to ask for assistance that too fails.
It feels like getting the cashback is overly difficult, obstructive even.
So I now wonder if I am not going to get the best deal, after all.
