i was very nervous reading some of these reviews, however was surprised at the fast shipping. response time was very fast great service. flags look amazing!, will definitely buy more flags from here in the future

I chose Royal Flags because they were the only flag company I could find that makes banner flags (Flags with 4 grommets, one on each side). The shipping time was much faster than expected, and when my banner flags arrived, they were in better quality than the photos depicted. I will definitely be sure to buy from here again.

My flatmate and I are from different countries and thought it was a good idea to buy our flags for our new place as decoration. Royal Flags met all of our standards. The colours were perfect, not dulled or washed off and the fabric was nice too. The delivery was also quick with no complications. My only complaint is my flag being more expensive than my flatmate's for some reason (with the all the same measurements), but overall, it was smooth sailing from clicking on the flag to it arriving to our place,

I was looking for a specific flag and needed it to be a fairly specific size. Royal Flags had a range of sizes, the price was reasonable and purchasing was straightforward. It arrived within a few days, sensibly packaged, and was exactly what I wanted. No problems. I don't exactly buy flags on a regular basis but if I ever needed to again I'd use this site.

Super flag which arrived quickly. Displayed my flag from my home in Hackney, so I credit this flag with a 78% remain vote. Although the flag did not prevent Brexit it was used at the pro-EU march on 2 JUly and will be used in all forthcoming political action.

As a person from the UK, resident in Spain I wanted to display my loyalty and association with the country in which I live. The decision made by the UK to leave the EU and issues over Gibraltar could cause resentment by some people in Europe.
Many people indicate to others the country they are loyal to by wearing a lapel pin of that countries flag.
In this case I wanted a pin with the EU flag crossed with the flag of Spain. I searched many websites and could not find what I wanted until I found Royal Flags. They had exactly the pin I was looking for and
fortunately the quality is excellent as is their service and communication.

I have been flying your excellent pre-US invasion Iraq flags since the USA's criminal attack on Iraq in May 2003. During the first 10 years my house and cars were regularly, sometimes seriously, vandalized, and this is considered a "liberal", (in the US sense of term), wealthy suburban town. Though these 15-plus years the flag has remained as a personal statement of my moral outrage; it will only be taken down, and go with me to my new home in Sweden after I sell the house later this coming spring. {Incidentally I have never flown, nor do I anticipate ever flying the American flag}.

At short notice, I required a New Zealand flag for display when potential NZ customers were visiting our factory. My usual suppliers were unable to deliver so I looked online. Found this .co.uk website and ordered, THEN found out from the order confirmation that the company was actually based in Germany and that shipment would take longer than I'd anticipated. In the end, the customer came to us a day later than originally planned which was lucky as the flag didn't arrive in time for the original visit. The flag was exactly what I wanted but I could have done without the added stress due to the long delivery time.

The selection was great and the website was easy to order from. The only problem was that I could not edit some of the billing details after they had been entered but before the order was complete. Probably just a glitch but was a little worried I might not get my bill. Otherwise a great service and would absolutely use again.

Everything were delivered on time(I just had some trouble with local post office, they are just slow)! Customer service is good, they are responding really quick. Products have really high quality! Processing and delivery of order was excellent - quality of flags great. A German company with a .co.uk address a bit odd but post mark from German and was with great service.

I have used this company several times with no regrets. When an item in the last order was not up to standard due to a suppliers colour issues it was immediately replaced and a free flag included in the new delivery with an apology for the problem.
Excellent service at very reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.

nothing really to share: everything was all right, the product, the time, the delivery, all very efficient; plus the jelly-babies - which made me wonder if I had ordered jelly-babies and got an extra bonus of flags, or flags and got an extra goodie of jelly-babies.
