Have just Worked through putting private health insurance in place for myself and my partner and I have to say Jack made the process completely straight forward and easily understood . His patience with myself not returning calls etc etc was very much appreciated as many would have given up on the deal weeks ago , I needed it done and thankfully Jack kept at me until he eventually got me nailed down for half an hour and got the job done . Very professional from start to finish .

Bondi listened carefully to what I said and produced a quote that matched my requirements, with no effort to sell me add-ons or extras. He was also happy to answer all my questions - lots of 'what ifs' & 'yes buts' until I was sure I understood the detail and was happy to accept the proposed policy.

What a very pleasant change that when you are looking to buy a product in a complex marketplace that somebody actually listens and helps you through the process rather than quote for something ridiculously over the top and expensive.

USay reached out to me after I went on a comparison site because my existing health insurance was due for renewal. I knew the premium would increase because of a substantial claim. Alex took the time to understand our wants, analysed our needs related to our claims history and went off to research the market. He advised what he believed my renewal premium would be (it came in a few days later and he was only a few £out). Alex came back with several options and quotes from different companies. The one I signed up for gave a continuance of cover for a considerably lower premium. The policy appeared on my app (I had an existing investment with them) within 24 hours and paper docs were 3 days. A personable and professional service. Very impressed. I have nothing to say about the great service and the kindness of the person I had on the phone regarding Usay Compare. The only thing is about the insurance policy itself: they might forget that some foreign people that work abroad don’t necessarily have a UK mobile phone, and the facto, not able to download one of their app…

Knowledgeable and efficient service.
Looking for a tailored private medical insurance plan is a bit of a minefield. Bondi at Usay Compare was excellent. His knowledge of the different packages available from several providers was excellent. He quickly determined what we needed and explained all the options available and next steps.
