I haven't tried to contact this company before but from this morning's efforts I have nothing but praise.
The call a) didn't have a huge number of options to wade through as so many companies have, b) was answered quickly and c) best of all, I was speaking to an English girl who spoke wonderfully clearly and I could understand with no problem! My call was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. So pleased.

With details updated, I was then able to get onto the website and found a very clear format which was easy to navigate and gave all the information I needed.
I don't usually use loan companies but wouldn't hesitate to have a loan through V12 again.

I used to fund new boiler ,it was very quick easy .I literally applied on my phone while I was having a coffee on Saturday morning ,I got the yes in a few minutes Good communication and everything explained .

Well, if I am honest then I have to say I was surprised, disappointed and slightly embarrassed when my first application was declined.
Even though I had finance with V12 before.
After going to the bank to make sure there was no problem with my account and then reapplying to be put on referral until I had spoken to one of your agents.
Great since then.
