I had Sam Hill as my mortgage advisor and he was brilliant! Very attentive to what kind of mortgage I was looking for, did thorough research for the best rate for me and, even after we had received a mortgage offer, continuously monitored any changes in rates to see if there were any better products for me. Always very responsive too. Thanks Sam - though the house buying process was stressful and anxiety inducing, you’ve been a great advisor in getting me through it.

Massum has made the process easy so far. He helped us with our mortgage 5 years ago, and we were glad when he reached out again to help out with our re-mortgage. Massum has taken a lot of the stress out of the process for us and always ensures the information is clear and understood by us before we agree to anything. Amazing service as always, Russel is an absolute legend top bloke and he knows what he's doing always gets the job, this is the second property he's helped me purchase and hopefully more in the future.

Jess Kendrick - her customer service is second to none and goes the extra mile for her clients.
As first time buyers and new to all of this she has really held our hand through the entire process explained everything and supported us.
I do really feel at ease with how smoothly it has been.

We have been very lucky to receive help and advice from Russell who has been an absolute god send. Especially for a first time buyer like me, there’s no one else and no other company I’d recommend to have by your side. The help from Russell has been so professional and kind, he’s a great person with a brilliant personality and is always available 24/7 for any questions. Recently we went through the insurance stage of the buying process and he made it so simple for us by asking just a few questions and filling out both my and my partners forms on his own accord and also explained why we needed to give the required information step by step so we could understand it in more simplified terms. We recently used Mark Swaby from YBM again for our house move and as always the service was exceptional.
