We have received an incredible service from this firm of solicitors. From day one right through to completion, we have had excellent communication. There has never been a time where a call wasn’t taken , a query not answered. This is a new experience for us , and it’s really how all conveyancing should be .

Very quick and efficient service. Kept informed at all times, mortgage was changed over to new provider on the correct date and courtesy call received to confirm transaction completed. Bank account details checked thoroughly to avoid scamming.

I was recommended Threemo by my estate agent and I can honestly say I’m so glad I used them for the conveyancing of the sale of my property.
The portal which they use is the best I’ve seen and make it so easy to monitor progress and upload any documents.
The team at Threemo worked tirelessly in pushing for the sale and also purchase of my next home and kept me updated every step of the way.
I personally wouldn’t use anyone else if I were to move again and I highly recommend.

We were recommended Threemo by our mortgage broker. Glad we choose to use these Solicitors. They kept us updated every step of the way and it was handy knowing that we could log in to a portal and check where we were in our remortgaging process. Phone call received on the day of completion to confirm that everything had gone through ok. This was much nicer than waiting for and just receiving an email. Would definitely use again.

Nick, Jake just completed a fairly drawn out sale - first buyer cancelled after contracts had been issued. Threemo use a workflow style technology to manage the cases. It is very effective. You get quick responses even at the weekend and a process helps make sure things are checked and not missed. Think they used to be called Beaumont legal but have improved since then. I have bought and sold over ten properties over the past thirty years. They will be my first choice for my next transaction

Simple, easy, fast.

Transfer of equity on a partial house sale. I had a bunch of questions as we went through the sign up process explained patiently and correctly. The estimate was accurate, detailed and less than I expected. The work was fast, professional and communicated clearly and simply. Thanks guys (and especially Becky)

I was recommended Threemo via a colleague who told me how fast and efficient they were (we’ve all been caught waiting for properties to complete before as parties drag their feet - I wanted a better experience with this time!!)
I didn’t even get another quote - so was pleased when their prices were more than reasonable!!
My colleague was right - Threemo were chasing me rather than the other way around. I had an update via their portal most mornings and every question was answered quickly and comprehensively.
I would highly recommend their services. Their portal adds an extra layer of security too in an age of cybersecurity risk.

Threemo are on the ball!
From start to finish they go above and beyond, amazing price vs other solicitors. They are literally the opposite of what solicitors get a reputation for, they made a remortgage, but to let and new mortgage all in one a peaceful process! We were recommended them and would recommend them onwards to anyone!
