I submitted an order with Urban Bar on the 12th, 5 days later - I'm still waiting for dispatch. I've not received anything other than an email from DPD saying they're awaiting dispatch.

I've contacted the phone number on their website - It's not recognised.

I've email the address on their website - no reply 5 days later.

I've used the support chat on their website - no reply.

I don't understand what's going on, or how everyone else has received such a good experience with them.

Urban Bar were quickly attentive to resolving the issue with this order. In the end, everything turned up perfectly. Just the matter with communication and website management.

This is my fourth return to purchase the beautiful glassware and I can't think of a single reason I would go anywhere else in the future

The communication is great, the items are always packaged very well and everything is so reasonably priced. Delivery is quick and efficient.

Couldn’t have been more helpful. Called customer service and explained I required next day delivery and it was implemented immediately at no extra cost. Arrived 2ish the following day.

The bitters I ordered arrived open, and level a little low... clearly someone had opened it and tried it before posting.
Urban Bar apologised and very quickly refunded me, and said they would look into any problems in their warehouse.
Nonetheless, worrying for a firm that's selling foodstuffs.

I ordered two Difford’s cocktail books from Urban Bar and forgot to use a discount code. I emailed their Admin regarding this and received a reply saying they would refund me the difference. The books arrived extremely well packaged and in a timely manner. Nothing to fault here and would highly recommend Urban Bar.

These 1920's Martini glasses are a Christmas present, but to avoid any disappointment I did open the box to check them out. Arrived brilliantly packaged. No damage in transit. Arrived quickly too. The glasses are nothing short of exquisite, reminiscent of The Great Gatsy era. Fantastic value for money. I know the recipient will be thrilled with the pair. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Great service, great product at a great price! Bought 6 champagne glasses as a housewarming gift and they were very enthusiastically received. Similar products on other websites were much more expensive and yet the quality of these glasses is outstanding. If I ever need a similar product I’ll go back here without a doubt.

The shipment and the experience buying from Spain was really good but the quality of the products was disappointing

The Ginza shaker is nice, already have scratches but it’s pretty normal.

But after one shift, the tattoo shaker bended and got a stink on the bottom of both tins

I don’t think it’s normal, as I said, I only did one shift and i cleaned the shakers myself after it.

Ordered Art Deco style champagne coupes as a present and absolutely love them. Beautiful design and etching. They came quickly but unfortunately one was broken. Feel this was due to the carrier as there was a delay on delivery. Contacted Urban Bar and a replacement was sent immediately. Very impressed with the company and will buy from them again.
