I just love everything about this company. My dog loves the food. Everyone comments on how shiny his coat is. He has never turned down one dish or flavour. The customer service is second to none. They can't do enough to assist you. I was going on holiday and they worked it all out for extra delivery and dates changed etc. I cant honestly see any other pet food company giving that level of service.

So after trying many different brand I saw Years.com on All about dog food , very highly rated I was at the end of my tether with my pup at 9 months he kept enjoying a brand for like a week and then would refuse to even smell it , the sample pack was great and as I was introducing it I noticed he left his old food and eat the Years . His firm favourite is the Steak And Kidney mushroom hotpot he has ate the recommended amount for 3 weeks now and when he gets going he really look like he is enjoying it , we will try other flavours in the range when he is ready but I have been supported by the fantastic online team [Geoff] who advised that as the food is complete his love of just eating steak and kidney will stioll cover all his nutrition . The other bonus is the fact the food can be stored in the cupboard so getting your freezer back is incredible and the delivery service and setting up your order and frequency is cracking , easy straight forward and effective .LOVE IT

Having recently lost 5 kgs on a specialist food that wasn't the best quality, we were delighted to find Years. The quality of the food and the service are both top class and our cockerpoo is loving her new food. Bowl is licked clean at every meal.

Just writing a review as a thanks to Dan Evans, he was able to resolve a mistake that was my fault very promptly and make my day. Great customer service.
Although Years is a bit expensive for me at the moment (feeding a very active cocker puppy),
I hope to resume my subscription later on as she enjoyed the food :)

I am glad to hear that your puppy enjoyed the food - partial feeding (i.e. mixing with a dry food) is an option many of our customers opt for if they are finding the cost a bit pricey. Otherwise, we would love to see you back in the future!

My dogs have only been on this a couple of months but really LOVE it!! They were previously fed raw and I have always had a problem with them putting on weight and being constantly hungry (they are Spaniels!). Since switching they have not seemed as hungry but both have more energy and have lost a bit of weight!! This is amazing - thank you - I am so pleased

Years has transformed our 14 month old Cavapoo in only 3 days, seeing a difference after his first meal. No exaggeration.
He was refusing to eat much at all, hated vet prescribed kibble, would walk away from it all the time and would have awful stools including flares of Colitis… it was so worrying for us. We struggled with suspect allergies (we don’t need to worry about now with the grain free recipe) and issue after issue with different deficiencies and a lack of fibre.
Now Toby quite literally begs for his fresh Years food and is used to his meal times already sitting and waiting, asking regularly through the day for more!!! He can’t get enough. And his stools are MUCH better 🙌🏼 happy doggie happy mum 🤣 can’t believe we didn’t do this sooner.

Genuinely what we want to hear. In so many situations our feedback says a really speedy improvement in gut health with our customers. On top of this he's begging for more? We have to being doing something right with taste as well then!

This company are a breath of fresh air! I spent many years cooking our dogs food as he had a sensitive tum. Sadly, we lost him at the grand old age of 13. Fast forward and we now have a new puppy, I wanted the best for him but did not want to cook doggy dinners for another decade+. It really does look like human food, I love the trays, and all the extras that come with it such as the tray covers and pro+pre biotic. Puppy absolutely loves this food! The service and quality from Years is top notch. One very happy puppy mummy!

My dogs absolutely love Years food -I have always cooked them homemade meals so was very sceptical about them liking it and only tried because I'm going on holiday and wanted to make life easier for the dog sitter ! I am amazed how much they like the food -I'm on a partial plan so add kibble and all 3 wolf it down !! I'm also very impressed with how easy it is to order and amend my orders and how great the customer service is ! I would highly recommend this food and that's saying something as my dogs are incredibly fussy !!!

Omg this is a God send. I had my boy Kenzo on butternut box, who I thought were great, yet Kenzo being a fussy eater, eventually just stopped and I would use all the tricks and nothing would work to make him eat it. I love the superfood powder they put in the box. How cool!

I cancelled my subscription, because my dog did not like the food and told them so in my cancellation message.
I am now being harassed by Years on the phone demanding to know why I cancelled! Very unprofessional, I should not be called about this and questioned! I have been called 3 times so far by this number +44 20 3769 1331from Years.

My experience with years was amazing. The quality of the customer service and the food has been beyond what i expected. Our dog loved the food and although he came to it late in life Im glad we gave him meals that he loved in his last year life. The way years handled the sudden loss of our dog and managed the return of unused food and our subscription was also amazing and something we really appreciated at a difficult time. 100% recommend the food and the company!!

Just about to order my 3rd lot of 8 weeks of food for my boy, Charlie who is about 18 years old now!! Since we've put him on your food he's like a different dog, he absolutely loves it and gently lets us know when it's time for each and every meal 🤣
He's always been quite a "sicky" dog but since being on your food has probably only been sick a handful of times if that. He's also got some nerve damage now in his spine which means he unfortunately can't always tell when he's going to the toilet so the smaller poops are definitely more pleasant to clean up in the house than his previous monstrosities 😂
His breath is better too so all round, very happy with the food you provide 👍🏻 have recommended to friends with doggies as I can't fault it. Personal packaging is such a lovely touch too (not that he can read, but we appreciate it).

Years is the best fresh dog food so far compared to similar brands on the market, having tried butternut and different dogs, Years stands out for its high nutrition level and convenience of storage. Our dog Oreo loves it and licks every bit of the plate.

Wow found a wet food my dog eats ! She is a small dog and a 7 portion tray lasts for 3.5 days. To get around having the tray in a small fridge especially when travelling I decant the food into an airtight container and use from there. The food looks good and is a change from the usual wet food - good variation as well.
Customer service is good - live chat answered almost immediately- good advice given.
Food well packed and can be stored in a cupboard until opened. We are now into our 4th month of Years dog food and pleased I’m not throwing dog food away anymore.
Overall well pleased with the quality of food and the company.

My fussy golden retriever absolutely loves this food. I’ve fed her on Orijen, raw food and purina neurocare (due to epilepsy) but she just picked and never licked the bowl. This food excites her and I think she believes she’s eating human food. Really pleased!
