1. What we collect

Signing up only asks for a display name — we don't require or store an email address or password. What we do hold:

• Your account name and a hashed copy of your API key (never the key itself in plain text).
• Usage metadata for each API request: which model, how many input/output tokens, and the cost — never the actual content of your prompts or the model's responses.
• Payment records for top-ups: an order ID, amount, and status. Payment is processed by Pakasir (QRIS); Vensix never sees or stores your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials.
• If you order hosting: the domain name and cPanel username for that order.

2. How we use it

Solely to run the service — metering usage against your balance, billing top-ups and hosting orders, provisioning cPanel accounts, and showing you your own usage history on the dashboard.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone beyond what's needed to operate the service described above.

4. Third parties involved in running Vensix

OpenRouter routes AI API requests to the underlying model providers. Pakasir processes QRIS payments. AnymHost/WHM provisions cPanel hosting accounts. Each only receives the minimum needed to perform its part.

5. Your control

You can stop using Vensix at any time. To ask about the data tied to your account, use the contact details on the Vensix dashboard.
