What is Vensix?
Vensix is an AI API gateway and cloud platform built for Indonesia — one API key to access 7 AI models (Gemini, GPT-4o, DeepSeek, Kimi, Claude, and more), plus cPanel hosting, all paid from a single Rupiah balance.
How do I top up my balance?
Top up via QRIS — GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA, and any other QRIS-enabled e-wallet — right from the Check balance page. Your balance updates automatically once the payment is confirmed.
If the AI model I'm using is having issues or errors, is my balance charged?
No. Vensix passes through errors from the target model exactly as they are — it never makes up an answer. Your balance is only charged when a request successfully gets a response; if it fails, your balance stays untouched.
Is AI API usage tied to a contract or monthly subscription?
No. AI API usage is prepaid — top up first, then pay only for the tokens you actually use, with no automatic monthly billing. cPanel hosting is sold at a fixed Rp35,000/month, charged from that same balance when you order.
How do I get started with cPanel hosting?
The Cloud Hosting Starter plan is purchased from the same balance as your AI API usage — send your API key and the domain you want to use, a cPanel account is created automatically via WHM provisioning, and the login details are shown once when the order succeeds.
Which currency am I billed in?
Always Indonesian Rupiah, paid via QRIS. The currency selector in the footer only changes how prices are displayed to you — it never changes what you're actually charged.
Is my usage history real or an estimate?
Real. Every request is metered from the actual token counts and the actual upstream cost of that call, and that exact record is what you see in your dashboard history — no sampling, no estimates.
Why can model prices change over time?
Model prices follow the live USD–IDR exchange rate and the current upstream provider costs, converted at the moment you use them. Hosting stays at its fixed Rupiah price.
How long does hosting provisioning take?
Under a minute in the normal case. Ordering triggers automatic WHM provisioning, and your cPanel login details are shown once as soon as the order succeeds.
Can I order VPS, domains, or email yet?
Not yet. Servers & VPS, Domains, Email & SMTP, and Cloud Workspaces are still in development — they're shown as "coming soon" and can't be ordered today.
Does my balance expire?
No. The balance you top up stays on your account until you spend it — there's no expiry date and no monthly deduction.
Do I need a separate balance for each product?
No. The same Rupiah balance pays for AI API usage and cPanel hosting today, and it will pay for every Vensix cloud product that launches next — no separate accounts or wallets.
