The first Bommon is the Partner Digimon of Machida of the Koala-kai. After being defeated by Pandamon in "Half and Half", Kenkimon devolved to Bommon. It was then deleted by Astamon.
The second Bommon is the Partner Digimon of the Bomber. After being defeated by Arma Lizamon in "Five Star Meeting", Bomber Nanimon devolved to Bommon.
The third Bommon is the Partner Digimon of Sone Haruomi. Commmandramon devolves to this form in "The Price of Freedom" after running out of e-Pulse, which they couldn't recharge as their Owner, Haruomi, had been taken away by Tactics Team 7.
