A Digimon that defeats evil with terror and violence, and governs the realm of the dead. It wanders the world pursuing criminals or villains who deserve to fall into the realm of the dead, and it is said that if it detects prey, Plutomon appears wrapped up in a deep darkness. Plutomon, who finds joy only in chewing the wicked, has mouths lined with sharp fangs throughout its body, and the mouths make a chattering sound when it's pursuing its prey. It is feared even by good Digimon for this oddity.
Plutomon's techniques have the ferocity to cast any villain into the realm of the dead, and one of them, "Hell's Gate", causes a gigantic mouth to appear from the darkness and swallows villains whole, and disassembles those who have been swallowed into scraps of fragmented data. Its "Haggard Cluster", in which it unleashes the fangs on its chest to release a darkness, absorbs all substances and vaporizes everything. In addition, its "Chaos Rights", which Plutomon invokes once it gets too engrossed in battle, is the peak of its frenzy, and when it chews an enemy with the mouths all over its body, it devours data with each bite, making it seem like a terrifying predator.
It is similar to Jupitermon, who belongs to the Olympos XII, as far as punishing evil, but Jupitermon will not admit it due to its cruelty, and it's said that there's always been a longstanding discord between the two.

Plutomon is the ultimate form of Cerberumon and the leader of the Titans. It is revealed that it was the one who completely destroyed the Digital World: Iliad before the Olympos XII ended up in Yggdrasill's server.

Digimon Survive[edit]

Voice Actor: Japanese Hondo Kaede (story), Fujii Yukiyo (Partner Kemonogami)

Plutomon is the Partner Kemonogami of Shibuya Aoi. In Part 11 in the Wrathful route, when both she and Labramon were mortally wounded by Piemon, Aoi's desperate wish to live and her trauma after Kimishima Saki's death materializes in a black light that emanates from their hands touching each other. Labramon's energy flows into Aoi, and they both Dark Evolve together into Plutomon. As Plutomon, Aoi was completely insane and claims that she wants everything to become one with her so for the sake of peace and harmony, although it was heavily implied that she just wants to kill everything in both the human and Kemonogami worlds. During the final Part of the Wrathful route, the Master absorbs Plutomon, fusing them both into Plutomon (Fusion). The party defeating Plutomon (Fusion) allows Aoi to kill the Master instead and absorb his power, which she uses to open a Digital Gate so she could kill everything from there, forcing the party to kill Aoi as Plutomon to stop her insanity.

Plutomon is also a playable Kemonogami which can be obtained as both a Partner and a Free Kemonogami. It's an All Rounder-type, Wrathful (Virus)-attribute, Ultimate-level Kemonogami. Its unnamed Attack is Haggard Cluster (230 power, 0 SP, deals Dark damage to target) and its special attack is Hell's Gate (350 power, 60 SP, deals Dark damage to target with a high chance of reducing their PHYS DEF and SP DEF two ranks). Its Passive Skill is King of Hell (Increases stats based on the total number of defeated units). Plutomon's evolutions differ depending on whether it is the Partner Plutomon or a Free Plutomon:

  • Partner Plutomon evolves from Cerberumon. This evolution is obtained by clearing the aforementioned event.
    • Only in the story, she is formed by a fusion of Aoi and Labramon and speaks with Aoi's voice; when used by the player, she evolves only from Labramon and speaks with her voice. Also only in the story, Aoi/Plutomon later further evolves into Plutomon (Fusion) after being absorbed by the Master.
  • Free Plutomon evolves from Cerberumon and Were Garurumon. It uses the "heroic male" voiceclip shared with Digimon such as free WarGreymon.
