Greg Wells is a Canadian musician, record producer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. Wells has songs on over 85 million units sold. He has produced and written with Ella Eyre, Holychild, Adele, Greg Holden, Rufus Wainwright, Twenty One Pilots, Katy Perry, Mayer Hawthorne, OneRepublic, Kelly Clarkson, Pharrell Williams, Theophilus London, Weezer, Kid Cudi, The All American Rejects, LostAlone, Pink, Paloma Faith, Otep, Deftones, Aerosmith, Burt Bacharach, Celine Dion, Crash Test Dummies, Elton John, Jars of Clay, Bry, and the Count Basie Orchestra.

Greg Wells (baseball)

Gregory De Wayne "Boomer" Wells (born April 25, 1954 in McIntosh, Alabama) is a former professional baseball player. Wells played Major League Baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1981 and for the Minnesota Twins in 1982. Wells also played Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Hankyu/Orix Braves/BlueWave and Fukuoka Daiei Hawks between 1983-1992.

He played 47 career Major League games in two seasons, batting .228, with 28 hits in 127 at-bats.

In contrast, over six NPB seasons he compiled a .317 batting average and a .555 slugging percentage, with 277 home runs and 901 RBI. In 1984, while playing for the Hankyu Braves, Wells won the NPB Triple Crown, with a batting average of .355, 37 home runs, and 130 runs batted in, also winning the Most Valuable Player award in the process. He was the first non-Japanese winner of the Triple Crown.

Greg Wells (footballer, born 1950)

Greg Wells (born 6 June 1950) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne and Carlton in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1970s and early 1980s.

Wells usually played as a centreman or rover. During the 1969 season Wells played in the thirds, seconds and senior Melbourne sides in successive weeks. He finished runner-up in the 1972 Brownlow Medal and equal fourth in 1976. Wells also won Melbourne's best and fairest award in both 1971 and 1976.

The 1980 season was his last for Melbourne and he crossed mid year to Carlton where he attempted to finish his career with a premiership. He was a member of Carlton's 1981 premiership side.

In 1983, he moved to the reformed Moorabbin Football Club in the Victorian Football Association (VFA) second division, serving as the inaugural VFA captain of the 1980s incarnation of the club.

Wells Crater is an impact crater in the Eridania quadrangle on Mars at 60.2°S and 237.9°W, and it is 103.0 km in diameter. Its name was approved in 1973 by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) Working Group for Planetary System Nomenclature (WGPSN), and it was named after H. G. Wells.
