It’s easy. Find your nearest gym, schedule an intro session, wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.
Most CrossFit classes follow this structure:
- Warm-Up (5–10 min): Get loose and prepared.
- Skill/Strength (10–20 min): Focus on a movement or build strength.
- Workout of the Day (WOD) (10–20 min): This is the heart of the session – and it’s built for every level.
If you’re newer, you’ll do simpler movements like air squats, incline push-ups, or lighter kettlebell swings.
