Is Subaru Impreza a reliable car?
The Subaru Impreza is a very reliable car. The number of defects found for the Subaru Impreza at the annual roadworthiness tests was lower than for 85 percent of other cars of a similar age tested.
Based on annual roadworthiness tests results, the Subaru Impreza generation produced from 1993 to 1997 received the highest reliability ratings, but the lowest reliability had models from model year 2000 to 2003 (which were in any case better than the average reliability for cars of this age).

Pros: Stable, easy to drive thanks to AWD, will drive all roads and off-roads. Under normal conditions of use, the running gear of the machine is practically indestructible.
Cons: Of course, fuel consumption depends on the weight of the leg, but this is a matter of course for this type of car. Like the Japanese, they like to rust in different places on the body. Maybe for someone expensive to maintain, because this car, in my opinion, is for enthusiasts and "gasoline heads". The oil level and oil changes must be closely monitored.
