A group of self-proclaimed thieves who go by The Gentleman Bastards and have a motto that is essentially “eat the rich”......? Yeah. I was bound to have fun with this book.
Stumbling across the synopsis for The Lies of Locke Lamora was too much for my weak, weak heart. My unread books suffer another day, because I shoved everything aside immediately upon finding out about this magnificent quote:

Wishing death upon the god of life is ironic, but after witnessing what Osiris just did to Seth, someone needs to take him out (for good this time)! 🙏
This story is turning out WAY more dark and twisted than I anticipated when starting, but it’s done so well.
