it was ok
meh
I wanted to love this book because it starts with an all new way of wolf shifters coming into existence. Given it was a weak way but a new way nonetheless. I actually rooted for the boys wanting to sacrifice having a true mate to keep her from being hurt or injured and liked that she was trying to help them get through the sickness from denying that bond. why do I need a headline?
Decent AO story, would’ve loved to see some actual groveling. Some of these books tend to tick me off when the alpha almost lets the omega die but then they say sorry and alls forgiven. That always makes me feel like the omega really doesn’t mean much to them. “Oh, sorry I tortured you and you nearly died, here’s a flower and an afterthought” and the omega crumbles.
